    I have been using Swick since we moved to ********* in 2016. During that time, *** bought a furnace, a generator, and a toilet from them. Weve also had them do a couple of small plumbing jobs. Ive always known that they charge top dollar but I was reassured by them being a long-time stable company. I thought they would always take care of me. I was wrong. When I called recently to have annual service on my generator, I was told that they had decided to no longer be a dealer for that brand and wouldnt be providing parts and service anymore. This leaves me high and dry because the closest dealer is now almost 100 miles away. I tried to get someone to talk to me about some kind of continuing support for a good customer but I was always put off and promised that someone would call me back, but never did. This is no way to treat a loyal customer and at this point, I will never call them for anything again. Over the years, Ive spent $30,000 dollars with them and this is the way I am treated? How do you think theyll treat you?
