  0 Stars. We contracted with Modern Shed on August 8, 2023. Communication was respectable while requesting design. Paid half down with agreement to be completed and delivered spring 2024. Late winter - early spring 2024 *********************** doesn't reply to emails, phone calls or text. Made a trip to their office. When you meet in person everything is fine. Busy like everybody else but no excuse not to reply. Agreed to proposed delivery date. Once again lack of communication. Had to contact Mt. Pleasant Chamber of Commerce. They contacted Modern Shed. I received a call. Scheduled delivery. Delivery wasn't completed to agreement on proposed site. Shed was dropped in front with a verbal agreement to return with additional equipment and manpower. Made final payment. Shaked hands like real businesspeople to return in 2 weeks to complete placement. No replies to email, text or phone calls. They canceled one phone number, and the other cell number goes right to no voicemail setup on this number. They have the customer demand with the finished shed ********************** but haven't learned the golden rule of life or business. Treat customers how you want to be treated. I could put *********************** out of business by simple **************** and follow up. They have deep sixed Modern Shed Design *** and now are called Paradox Cabins LLC. For peace of mind as a human being and a business person do yourself a favor and move on from ***********************.

  I could possibly give this so called company a 0 star I would. And would highly recommend finding a builder who not only takes ******* for a 16x20 shed and takes over a year to say they will deliver it. Then when city ordinances change and you cannot have a shed that big you advise them they pretty much just say oh well thanks for the 5k have a nice life. Truly the absolute worst experience and will shout to the heavens on every platform this message so consumers are warned.simple theft don't take my word on it they are rated F with the BBB and have hundreds of complaints. The lawsuit filed against them and they lost should prove they aren't the busniess you need to deal with.

  We contracted with Modern Shed on May 11, 2023 putting down 1/2 the price of the shed (16' x 24') for delivery in Sept. In early Sept. they asked for more money. For putting down underlayment, we paid $2500 more, though the load was not complete. ******** was affirmed by end of Sept. No shed. A couple emails were ignored, then reply was they were working 2 wks. out - Oct 24. No shed. Next delivery was affirmed as 1st wk. of Nov. No shed. Now they say they are working on it...Today is Nov. 27, 2023.
