      Given it to one star rating because I have to give them some kind of a rating. Otherwise, it would be zero stars. Craftsmanship *****. Special order to Chair wait 10 weeks. Chair was loose seem look like its ready to split and the craftsmanship in the back is terrible for the price I paid. Waited two weeks for someone to come then another two weeks or three weeks before I got a hold of somebody now I gotta wait another 10 weeks to get it back. In the meantime Im not sitting on the chair because if something happens, theyre gonna make me pay for it Im sure. And all I got was will replace your chair. For all my troubles they should give me something else besides that. Never buy ******** again unless they make up for this.

      I am very unhappy with my *********************** recliner. The overall quality, performance, workmanship, and appearance of the chair is poor. The power recliner is uncomfortable and is lightweight and not sturdy. The back Chair cushion is loose. The fabric is terrible. I spoke with and wrote a letter to the *************************** and also did a virtual meeting and received no cooperation, no support and no results from ********* It was a waste of time. I purchased the extended warranty which does not cover quality defects. The recliner is overpriced. The recliner is well taken care of. I will not buy anything from ******** again.

      We ordered a power recliner for over $2400.00, it stopped working after about after a little over 7 months. Then it took me a month to get a repair man to my house who confirmed the electrical cord is broken, and big surprise, didnt have part on repair day. Read in survey email, it will take another 20 days for the part to come in, and then another 10 days for a technician to come back. So upset, and they dont care that Im dissatisfied

      Very bad experience with a rocker recliner I purchased. Basically, chair back does not hold its partial recline position and just falls to full recline. Very noisy and difficult to keep in desired positions as any movement makes chair foot rest move through all positions, clicking loudly!My ongoing effort to rectify the problems included calls with customer service, the general manager, and the Better Business Bureau. One of the store's representative actually responded to the BBB that I wasn't sitting in the chair correctly!! Unbelievable attitude throughout the Lazboy channels.The lack of actual customer service is probably due to many negative reviews indicating decline in product quality!DO NOT BUY FROM LAZBOY.

      Went into the ************** ******** today and saw a floor model 5 piece ****** sectional. The price tag said it was $5824 and the original price was $11649 so 60% off. However I was at the same store 2 weeks ago looking at that exact sectional and the price tag said it was $4999 and the original price was $10469 so 50% off. This felt extremely shady. How can the original price change? This is false advertising. It seemed like this was done to make it seem like a better deal advertising it as 60% off the original price when 2 weeks ago 50% off the original price was a much lower number than the now 60% off the original price.

      Very uncooperative in handling our complaint. The store manager never returned my calls even though the lack of proper delivery caused me to fall and break 2 ribs. Poor customer service.

      Lazyboy is the king of 1 star reviews Does it really matter ?My experience is the same as this crowd of people posted.They wont survive social media with these reviews

      In October we purchased a couch and loveseat from Lazy Boy. Upon delivery we noted the loveseat cushions had several puckers on the back cushions and the fabric was pulling out from the threads at the seams. We contacted the store and spoke with the manager and was told we should contact a different phone number with the complaint. When the condition was explained, and replacement of the loveseat requested, we were told they did not replace defective items but rather attempted repair. A repair man was sent to inspect the loveseat and commented he would order the material for repair. After one errant delivery the material was delivered. The repairman came with a staple gun and did his thing, after almost two months from the original complaint. The results of the repair has left the loveseat with more puckers, only in different places, than the originals.
      The end results was not the fault of the repair man but the lack of the equipment to properly stretch the material such as would be found in the factory or original place of construction.
      I would caution anyone considering a Lazy Boy purchase to think twice. Any examination of the delivered goods should be done completely and before the delivery people leave so delivery can be refused, if that would even be to their benefit.
      Best advice, shop elsewhere.

      I ordered 2 power recliners. We received them and they are not the same chair we ordered. The ones we ordered were comfortable. These were like sitting on a hard board. The lumbar when pushed all the way back still took up over have of sitting area. So you set straight up like you had a steel rod in your back. Called within 18 hrs of getting them. No refund but a 20%restocking fee. I returned them to the store. Salesperson had me try the chair I purchased. It was very comfortable. Nothing like the one I received. Lumbar was back where it was suppose to be. Now Im stuck with a store credit and I dont want anything in this store

      Used to be good main reason I went back spent 600 ea on 2 recliners didn't realize they don't use foam or hardwood anymore maybe because their made in ****** never again throwing one away already after a few years....sad
