      Purchased a recliner love seat and end table with wall outlets and usb port Jan 18th 2022 for over $2600. This included a 5yr protection plan warranty. About 1 week after receiving my furniture I had a defect in the recliner on one side causing fabric to seperate and sag off the furniture. The usb port in my end table stopped working.
      Pictures were sent to La-Z Boy via email and they confirmed a repair on the love seat was needed. A technician came out and examined the end table and confirmed it was defective. Parts for the end table were shipped to my home March 18th (still unopened) and I was told a technician has to repair it otherwise it voids the warranty.
      I have had 3 consecutive delays in scheduling a repair each time 60 days delayed. Each time 24 hours before the repair date I was told no repairman is in the area and my repair was delayed for 2 months. The issue is still unresolved July 27th 2022.

      In Jan 2022 we ordered 2recliners and 1 loveseat from Lazyboy Furniture. They were to have been delivered july 15th, when I called that day I was told that the furniture had been delivered and I informed them if I had the furniture I would not be calling. After many frustrating calls and informing them to just refund our money, it was discovered that someone in the home office had finalized our order,(this person should not be working as they appear to be incompetent). Our furniture was finally delivered july 19,but when I checked it, the loveseat is a double reclining, which is not what we ordered.
      I will NEVER special order from this company again, buyer beware when ordering from them.
      This is a $6000 mistake that we will never go to this furniture store again.

      I have bought 2 sectionals and a sleeper sofa from them, one sectional is falling apart (Dillon less than 2 years old) another was just delivered with a malfunctioning leg, and a recliner was delivered that I tried to immediately return and or not accept, the sales department at the Annapolis store still hasn’t scheduled a pick up. I was told as a courtesy that you would wave the restocking fee because it’s the stock color and is in a room full or boxes untouched and it’s been a debacle but the manager has come back and said no they can’t and the chair is still in my house, I have also called your customer care department and to no
      Avail, I still haven’t received a call to fix the the problem with either sectional and your Annapolis team is outright hostile.
      They initially charged a delivery fee but after telling you that you can’t pick up from the warehouse while excluding the fact you can pick up from the store.
      I assume a commission is made by employees so it may just be singular unethical oversight or just a failure but seems negligent.
      I am a Marine with 20 years of service so far and overall have nothing nice to say about this company or the Annapolis store
