I bought a 2014 dodge grand caravan 2 years ago. The first 2 months were I had an issue with then engine, the 2 4 months after that the ticking came back and went away within 2 days. Now here we are about 2 years later and my transmission went out while I was driving home with my 4 kids in the car. My kids were startled and it was 9 o clock at night and we only have so much money to pay for a new whole transmission. They are trying not to help us because our warranty went out about a half a year ago.. I don’t wanna know what to do anymore.

The customer brought in a vehicle for a transmission issue. We checked over the vehicle and the transmission had no fluid left, thus the transmission going bad. Also, this customer had not been in our service department for this vehicle since Feb. 2022.
