      My husband ************************* had an eye exam done November 21, 2023. We paid in full November 22, 2023 with a care credit card. To this day January 17, **** we have not received his glasses. We were told three weeks ago we would receive a half refund and we have not received that. We have not gotten and phone calls returned in the last three weeks or heard from anyone on the status of the glasses. We would like our glasses and a refund or just a full refund plus the interest that we have been paying on our card since November.

      Our optical manager and optician have been working diligently on this issue with our 3rd party lab partner.  It is my understanding that a refund has been issued and that the pair of glasses will be received at your home shortly.

      I went to Shoreline Vision *********** ** in May of 2023 to get a script for contacts and glasses. I ordered 2 boxes of contacts for $60.28 each and recently opened one to use and my eye was blurry and it felt like the contact was moving. Noticed in a script from RX optical that I received in 2022 that the base curve was different so called shoreline and they said that it wasnt their fault and there is nothing they could do other than if I would have bought my contacts from then they could have done something. I also received a call from someone from their office on September 5 asking if I got reimbursed from ****** for my unused contacts. I said yes for the one that wasnt opened but wasnt sure on the opened box. They said they were going to call ****** to see what their policy is. Well I havent heard a thing back from Shoreline except they finally sent me a correct script after I asked for one 2 and 1/2 weeks earlier. I cannot get my $60.28 back from ****** I found out. I want shoreline vision to reimburse me for those contacts that I cannot use.
