  This business has such poor customer service. Besides the expense, my eyeglass frames were of poor quality. I was told that they never have complaints but after a number of return visits because my lens kept popping out, and I was forced to set up an appointment to fix it, and the staff were extremely rude. I was refused a refund .

  I called the week of 10/30/23 because I'd started seeing flashes of light in my left eye and was becoming concerned. As most people in this day and age I looked up the symptoms online and found that it could be a sign of retinal detachment. When I started explaining my symptoms to the person on the phone she became rude and condescending and told me that all the internet does is try to scare people and that I should not believe the information available online. She proceeded to talk AT me and tell me that if I didn't have symptoms X, Y, & Z, that I was not in an emergency situation and could wait until they could fit me in for an exam on December 13th! Not once did she ask if I was experiencing the additional symptoms she'd mentioned and she simply scheduled me for the first available opening they had of December 13th. I immediately called another care provider in Muskegon and told them what I was experiencing. They said it WAS an emergency and they got me in for an exam within two days. They discovered that I AM at high risk of retinal detachment and tears due to my poor vision and associated health issues. They are now monitoring my symptoms closely to provide the least painful solution should detachment occur. It is really disappointing that a facility that is in the business of patient care can be anything BUT kind, empathetic, or helpful. I could've potentially ended up blind waiting for my appointment in December!

  The worst uncaring place. I went there in May 2023 to get my eyes checked and get a script for contacts. I then ordered 2 boxes of lenses. In August of *********************** and everything was blurry and it felt like the contact was moving around on my eye. I started comparing the script with some old contacts that I still had and noticed the base curve was different. So I called them and they said it wasnt their fault and they wont do anything about the lenses that I cannot wear.
