    I have had nothing but problems getting this company to honor their warranty for a defective product. I have 16 emails proving the run around to get a replacement for a faulty product that lasted 2 months. I have been asked repeatedly for my email address and home address and receipt. I have provided everything needed and still telling me to fill out a warranty form. I have already done and provided to this company. They want you get to upset and give up. I am not giving up. I want people to know how bad this company is.

    I purchased 2 duplex style batteries from oozelife.com which broke within the first month, within 30 days of purchase and they claim to allow full monetary refunds within that time period and offer easy returns and afterwards they offer a warranty if they break. I asked if I could return my broken batteries I wanted a monetary refund not a replacement because they seemed pretty low quality to break so quickly instead they offered a replacement which I never received. So after messaging again multiple times they FiNALlY send me tracking info for my replacements. Well the number was either made up or for someone elses order because it was not even in the same state as me! I told them I didnt live in ********** so thats not right and they have continued to ignore me after that. I will be forced to dispute with my credit card if this isnt resolved here thank you and I have also asked them for a return label Im not asking for anything free here I offered to return these ! But they wont tell me how or where to send them my order number is 465751OL
