    OOZE. I recently made two orders. The first was was a Vape and bong. The bong arrived with a chunk of glass missing/boke. It was packaged very well both in bong box and shipping box. There were no shards or pieces of glass to be found. This makes me believe I was shipped a broken one. Perhaps it was a return that they reshipped with out checking? Next, The vapes warranty registration card did not work leading to another email to support and several days of waiting. Lastly, my second order I accidently order two of the item. I caught this right away but there is no option to cancel to edit a new order on oozelife. I sent emails requesting canceling or editing order. "Customer service" didn't email a response for two days when the order was fulfilled and said i could only now return the whole order...

    This "business" is a scam they sell flawed and defective merchandise and have the worst customer service. I purchased the electro barrel and within 3 uses the air ways became clogged and half of what put into the barrel was reclaimed thru the mouth piece and water chamber. When I tried to return it they said (after many ignored emails) that they do not accept returns once the product has been used, how am I supposed to know your product is defective without using it. After a few days of BS they had me send in the product for "repairs" but that was nearly 2 months ago now. When they have responded to my emails they said I would be getting my refund in a few days which never came. When I inquired about my refund never coming they said my card was expired (it is not) and that they don't do returns after 30 days of purchase. I returned the product within 2 weeks of purchase they have had my purchase in there possession for almost 2 months. DO NOT purchase from Oozelife their product are poorly designed and there customer service is nearly non existent. I have yet to receive a refund or my original purchase/replacement.

    Absolutely awful customer experience. Their pens, batteries, and all other merchandise is sold with a supposed warranty, but you can never get a hold of anyone to fulfill your warranty claims. Unfortunately, their products are extremely terrible and fail within days to weeks of purchase.In my case, I purchased a pen about a few weeks ago and haven't been able to use it because it could never charge or turn on. I submitted a claim through their warranty claim portal, no response. I emailed them, no response. I ******** messaged them, no response. I called them, no answer -- if you stay on the line, the automated prompt tells you to press 9 to leave a message (but then it immediately relays you to leave a message, regardless of whether or not you pressed 9). I attempted this multiple times and the press 9 prompt is simply nonsense. It always dumps you to leave a message that will never be responded to (because you need something from them). Leave them a message about how you want to buy something and they'll eventually call you back (zero chance if you say you have a problem).DO NOT waste your time or money on this despicable company.
