5 starsLeaky basement for 30 years and my wife and i finally had enough. The owner **** came out and explained to me what was happening based on his observation and what he recommended be done to correct the problem. **** sold me a solution that was affordable, did not try to upsell and definately was not pushy like alot of saleman can be. Now to the install of my system. ****** and his crew showed up, prepped everything to protect from dust and debris and then went to work. They told me 2 days to complete and were done in a day and a half. The clean up phase went above and beyond what i expected. They hosed own the basement floor which a really appreciated because i was the guy that was going to have to do that prior to me repainting my basement floor. Saved me time ! 2 starsThe lady I worked with to set the appointment up was very nice. The problem came when I had to cancel the ************* you no work had been started. I have been trying to get my depots back since late July. I have reached out to them many times to speak to a finance department. I keep being told that they have just left the office, or they are not in. I have been told this ***** times. I finally though I made some head way when I was told about a check. It was only 25% of what I had put down as a deposit.Review fromKris H
