    I bought product that was not sent to me. Instead, they sent me 4 out of 20 isopds. They claimed to have mailed the live animals. It never came. They sell items that are falsley being advertised. You buy an item with a certain amount and they scam you. Same with the super worms. They send you babies for the amount of adults.

    The isopods and super worms have been refunded. The total for those items is $27.55. The value of those items purchased was not $100. 

    Again, $27.55 was refunded to the original payment method.

    I've ordered from Josh's Frogs and they sent me the wrong number of items I ordered. I ordered medium crickets (120 ct.) And numerous other items and not only did they arrive days after the expected date provided but they were all dead and unable to be used. I called customer service and they take days to get back to me. Once I spoke to someone they offered to send a new order with the correct items and quanity the next day we'll that was on a Thursday and it's now a Monday and they finally shipped it out. I can't get a call back from anyone or even an actual solution. I was recommended to them and I will never EVER buy from them again. My reptile went days without food because of their negligence. I had to travel 2 hours away to finally get food. I've never had such a bad recommended place to do service before. They're a scan and simply have no care or ability to count. I git less then 30 crickets so small I could barely see they were crickets when I order 120 medium crickets amongst so much more issues.

    Ordered on a Wednesday, they did not ship the order until the following Monday. They held the order without shipment on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. They use a third party shipper to mitigate the risk of being held accountable for TRASH shipping. It's now Friday, and I have not received my order. Their customer service is junk. They do not answer. This is a turn and *********. I highly suspect they are conducting ILLEGAL ANIMAL TRADE for their "imports" and "captive bred." They are not interested in the wellbeing of animals. They are interested in $$$, that is all.My order was $51.96 excluding tax and shipping; this company charged 20% of the order total for shipping!

    Hello, This order was placed on Thursday. It was scheduled to ship on Monday 11/20/23 and the order delivered on 11/24/23. We do not have any email correspondence from this customer. 

    Shipping is calculated on the weight, dimension, and distance the package is traveling.

    I have purchased over the last few weeks several orders of Isopods from Joshs frogs all claiming *as shown and sold on website per their claim to count* as ten per order. I placed on some types double orders as well. I have been raising many types of insects etc for years and this time I decided I would give Joshs Frogs a chance . I got the orders opened box and each time saw 4 at most knowing that will bury themselves I placed the cup on white cloth and carefully *find* the others . I spent a matter of time looking through a very small amount of substrate and found no others. I gave them another chance as each order came through same thing each time. I contancted customer service and they did not respond to me and procedded to block me from accesing their website. I am greatly upset after spending a great deal of money to only end up with less then 95% of what I paid for as they state comes with each order . I also did searched for further reviews and even employee reviews etc and found very very angry customers and past employees stating how bad they are and how much they could not stand to work their any longer and alter the orders in many ways. Its public information as a mere ****** serach brings up this information. I am tired of businesses and people thinking that customers are dumb and lying . AS I stated earlier they made not attempt to even respond to me. They are going to fight what I am saying but with the knowlwdge of being able to count anyone would have a issue with this if not well then thay is not my problem. I am here seeking my refunds on all orders . I will NOT take a excuse as they went as far as I stated to block my acess to their website and email gets returned to me . THat shows me quilt 100%
