5 starsTechnician ***** ***** was very professional and friendly. He arrived a few minutes early and determined the problem was the alignment of the "safety eyes" on the garage door opener. He fixed it within a few minutes along with some preventative measures such as changing out the old rollers, lubricating and adding a surge protector. 5 starsWe had a garage vs car mishap, and upon recommendation from a friend, we called Precision Garage Door Service. From start to finish every person we spoke with and met with were very kind and accommodating. ***** came out and gave us an estimate and ***** ********* installed our door. ***** patiently explained everything we needed to know. 2025 marks my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service. **** *. was knowledgable, efficient, professional and possesed a pleasant and extroverted personality. He explained the issues with my current garage door in a simple and easy fashion. I liked the fact that I received a courtesy phone call approximately one half hour before arrival time. My technician **** was fantastic. Thorough in explanation without complicating anything. He provided different options of repair without trying to pressure me into anything I didnt want or need.
