It was early Saturday afternoon when the torsion spring on my garage door broke. I called another repair shop that I have used before but they were closed. I decided to call Precision Garage Door and Im glad I did. I was able to have a technician sent out within hours. ***** ***** was my tech and he made quick work of the repair. It cost a little more than the original estimate since it needed new bearings as well as the new torsion springs but it does work great now. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. From the minute I called Precision Garage Door, through the sales *** and installer, **** ******, I was impressed with the customer **********************, explanation of options and costs, and final install. This company has excellent customer **********************, getting me, the same day, the sales *** who detailed my problem and solutions. Finally, **** ****** installed my new garage door in an hour, taught me how to care for it and left everything neat and clean. Although the price was a bit more than I expected, the results were worth every *****. The integrity and work ethic demonstrated by the employees of this company was beyond my ordinary experiences.
