My service technician, *********************, did a very good job explaining the work and providing me with options to choose from. When the job was complete, he walked me through what he did and what minimal maintenance was required of me. Would contact Precision again for any garage door service.

My service technician **************** was great, very prompt with a curtsy call prior to arrival. He was very friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. He did a great job to explain the issue at hand and the repair was very quick.
