We had precision door come out and do maintenance and replace some old hinges on our door. Our tech ***************************** was great! Super friendly, explained everything to us in great detail, and helped make our experience great! I would highly recommend them!

Tuesday evening we discovered we could not open our garage door, not even with the cord that should allow us to lift it up. We were a bit upset, to say the least. My husband had a medical appointment Wednesday morning at 8 am and he did want to go to work after.I called several companies and not one offered any assistance. Praise the Lord I connected with Precision Garage Door. The rep was so helpful. She scheduled a person between 7 am and 11 am.**** called me about 6:40 am and was on my doorstep around 7 am.My husband made his appointment and went to work. I have used other companies in the past, but now my one-and-only will be Precision. **** did a wonderful job and explained all that was necessary to know about our beautiful and brand new garage opener. After midnight, June 22,2024 we came home from a European vacation only to find our garage door inoperable.Later that morning, we contacted PRECISION GARAGE DOOR. Around 2:00PM, ********************************** came to our house; he diagnosed the problem, explained the different repair options and we accepted one. Within two hours our garage door was repaired. ******* described the maintenance needed and supplied us with a can of hinge lubricant. I have just had my garage door replaced by Precision Door Service. The tech who came, *****************, arrived at the scheduled time and completed the installation in about two hours. After the installation, he took the time to explain everything. It was a positive experience and I would recommend Precision,Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan
