Bob Jeannotte Buick-GMC is hands down the best dealership I've ever been to for service on my vehicle. The knowledge and professionalism of the employees is amazing; and not to mention family owned and operated for the last 47 years. I will continue to come back to *** Jeannotte for all of ************* needs.

I went to this location for an oil change. The next day the check engine light was on and the engine was running hot with notifications to turn the car off. So I Had the car towed back to the location only to discover that the cap to my radiator had been removed and all of my antifreeze had run out. I spoke to **** who was the supervisor, he informed me that my radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced Never had I had any issues prior to taking my vehicle to GMC, so knowing that this company deliberately did this to my vehicle to try to get more money, I had it towed to another location only to discover that my radiator was not cracked nor did it have a leak. The reason the engine ran hot is because someone deliberately took the cap off. Unfortunately, businesses like this prey on women with their unethical practices. This company is a disgrace and untrustworthy do not do business with them!

I can assure you that we did not sabotage your vehicle. We did an oil change and inpection. We topped off all fluids including the antifreeze jug as it was low. The vehicle left, drove about 100 miles and then overheated. If there was no antifreeze when it left it would have overheated as soon after you drove off. We requested the vehicle be towed here because we were being accused of not putting any oil in it. When the vehicle arrived and it was full of oil, we looked for the reason it overheated. We found no antifreeze in the system. The vehicle had the cap on the radiator but was missing the petcock on the bottom of the radiator. Had that been missing when the vehicle left the antifreeze would have been immediatly been empty. Upon further inspection we found that the vehicle had recently been in a front end collision. We even went as far as trying to get you warranty coverage had the radiator been replaced with GM parts but it had not been replaced. Not understanding why the petcock could be missing we concluded that it was POSSIBLE that the fitting for the petcock was cracked. Without pulling off the bumper cover it was impossible to tell. You would not approve the labor to inspect further so we simply purchased a petcock, free of charge, and replaced it for you. Your vehicle has over ******* miles on it, has actually been in 2 front end collisions, and you suspect us of trying to deliberately sabotage, preying on women, and unethical business practices, We just dont do business that way.
