    I ordered a mama sweatshirt from this business in November. The turn around time was 15weeks. I have been back and forth with emails which take 2-3 weeks for replies. I was initially told that my items were lost, then I was told to give it 2 weeks before they give me a refund and now I have not heard back for over a month since requesting the refund. They have lost my son and my daughters newborn onesies that are very dear to me. They are scammers and should shut the business down and stop taking peoples money if they cannot keep up with items.

    I ordered a birth flower sweatshirt on 2/5 and never received it. I reached out in mid April asking if those were part of the ***** week tat. I was told yes and that Natalie was shipping out a large batch the following week so hopefully mine would be in there. By June 21st I still hadn't received my order so I emailed them asking for an update. No answer. I emailed again on the 27th. Still no answer. I filed a dispute through Shop and miraculously I got an email from them the second week of July - not replying to my email, but a new one that just asked for the birth flowers and names I had wanted. They didn't ask for my name or order number. I replied back and explained what happened and that I had seen several other complaints regarding people's orders. I was told that I left which flowers I wanted when I ordered the shirt so natalie was unable to start on my order. I ordered extra embroidery and included the flowers in the notes section, so I know I didn't leave them off. She then replied that they tried to reach out to me through the website... not sure how since there is NO way to do that?? Not to mention they have all your information from placing an order, so if something were in fact missing they could reach out that way. I told her I wanted a refund and now I'm being ghosted by them again.. shocking They need to be shut down. Shame on them for doing this! Stealing people's money AND precious clothing knowing they have zero intentions of making the orders!

    I placed my order for a mama sweatshirt on January 1st. The sweatshirt took WAY longer than the website promised, but I was willing to be understanding of that issue. What my real problem was is that my emails started getting completely ignored when I asked for status updates. I received my order on May 10th and I am extremely displeased that the sweatshirt I received is the wrong size. It is way bigger than what I ordered, and I suspect Natalie did this intentionally as the sizing tag of my sweatshirt was completely cut off to hide the true sizing. After reading online discussion about Natalie, I am not optimistic that this issue will ever be acknowledged. This business is seriously shady! Natalie, you have some serious explaining to do. Shame on you for treating your customers this way

    I placed an order for 3 custom sweatshirts on 11/14/23. Upon ordering you are required to send the clothing items for the names on the custom shirts to Stitches By Natalie, which per my tracking, shows they were delivered to her address on 11/25/23. At the time of my order the turn around time was 8-9 weeks which was later stretched to ***** weeks. As of 5/10/24 I have not received my custom items and upon reaching out weekly I have been told it was shipped on 4/30/24 but the tracking number shows that the postal service never received the package. I cannot file a claim through postal. I cannot dispute through my bank since it has been 6 months. They are refusing to refund or send my daughters clothes back claiming they no longer have them. Order number 7858 that totaled $157. My emails are now being ignored by the business.

    I ordered 3 sweatshirts. Once the order was placed in early November I was made aware that it was too late for Christmas orders to go out. After that, I didn't send in any keepsakes for her to stitch the sweatshirts because I wanted them for Christmas and she didn't do any work for me at all. She is refusing to refund me my money even though nothing was done! So she's basically just taking my $142.95 just because. You didn't do anything! How can you just keep my money for absolutely nothing?!

    Purchased a Mama keepsake sweater in November 2023. Estimated time would arrive on or before March 2024. This required sending irreplaceable sentimental items from our child to have made into the sweater. We have tried to contact for an update, refund, or estimate of shipping but all communication has gone unanswered by the business. Have not received a refund, the business stole our precious baby items, and no goods have been delivered. This is fraudulent. Business is also deleting negative reviews and complaints by customers addressing this issue.

    My husband sent in sentimental items including a baby onesie in November of 2023. Natalie advertised an 8-week lead time to create a sweatshirt. His email is ********************** It is now 20+ weeks later at the end of April and we have not received our sentimental items back or a finished product.

    Made order in November 2023. Was promised to receive product 8-10 weeks. Contacted in February ***************************************************** the middle of February 2024.Contacted again in March. No answer.Contacted through email on website and was told that Natalie was visiting her dad in the hospital and that they had a few orders that were problematic Was then emailed saying that I am on the tip of the list and that she would get back to me at the end of the week. Waited two weeks, then emailed her again. She said the package was shipped and that a confirmation was sent to me. I responded that i did not receive a confirmation. She said she would resend it. That was it. Conversation ended yesterday, April 12, 2024. I threatened to file a complain with the BBB. She didnt seem to care.

    I placed an order for a custom sweatshirt on November 22, 2023. The material I was required to send for the custom work was delivered to the business (Stitches by Natalie) on December 2, 2023. The order number is 8108. The total purchase was approximately $56. At the time of purchase on 11/22/2023, the estimated turnaround time was 8-9 weeks (expected 1/17/2024 or 1/24/2024). However, I followed up on 1/22/2024 and was told it would be an ************************************************************************************ material. Understandable. 11 weeks would be 2/7/2024.I then followed up on 2/8/2024 with no update. I was then told it would be the end of February, which is now approximately 14 weeks. I still have not received the order and followed up on 3/4/2024 and 3/6/2024 with no response so far. It has been 15 weeks.

    My cousins mother passed away from cancer, and she is now pregnant with her first child for her baby shower i wanted to do something special. I went on a website called stitches by natalie and made my decision to purchase a memory bear. The concept is that you send the clothes via mail to natalie she makes the bear out of the clothes for the deceased and sends it back. Ive used them many times before recommended and everything. This time i sent the clothes in august of 2022 and emailed them saying i needed it for October 6th 2022. They expressed to me that it was not going to be ready by that time so offered me to pay an extra $45 rush fee so i paid it to make sure it got here in time for the baby shower after I paid it they stopped answering my emails and refunded my money without saying a word. It has been over a week since they refunded me and 2 weeks since they said the bear would get here tomorrow. The emails are squished and hard to read.
