    Ordered a sweatshirt for my husband for Valentines Day back in November. Never came back in February it was arrived saying Mama not Dad with my sons special Nb onesie after they confirmed it would say Dad twice. Sent it back they never communicated and asked if I can get back before Fathers Day I emailed them once a week since then and never received any response or acknowledgment. Its now mid August NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN! They took my sons onesie, money and didnt have the decency to communicate!

    I ordered a tee shirt from her but she mailed me a sweatshirt. I live in ******* so I can only wear a sweatshirt like 2 months out of the year. I have emailed her twice about this and gotten no response. I am not happy that I spent my money and got the wrong item.

    I bought a sweatshirt in December 2023 and I am still waiting on it!! I was receiving email responses up until a month ago. I want my money back and my onesie as well!! She shouldn't be allowed to advertise anymore!! This was a gift for my daughter using her first born chillds onesie!! I am heart broken to tell her that I was scammed and her onesie is gone!!! Shame on this woman for stealing sentimental items and not delivering a finished product!!!

    ZERO STARS. IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REVISED ORDER. I sent my original order back in October. I received it with the incorrect information and the order was missing material, which was explained to me via email. However, I was not getting a refund for the additional cost. Then it arrived INCORRECT. I sent it back (which now I FULLY REGRET) and I havent received ANY contact. Its my daughters newborn onesie and hospital blanket, hat etc. Im devastated. THIS IS CRIMINAL. She told my money and now has precious items. Absolutely AWFUL.

    After looking on here and seeing all the bad reviews, I know I'm not alone. I ordered a birth flower sweatshirt back in Feb, fully knowing how long it would take. I reached out in April asking if the birth flower shirts were in fact part of the 15 week TAT since i wasnt sending any fabric in. I got a response very quickly and was told Natalie was sending out a large batch the following week and hopefully mine was in there.. surprise, It wasn't! I reached out again twice in June asking for updates and still haven't gotten any response. I am extremely disappointed in this and an out the money. They need to be shut down and alll I can say is thank God the **** shirts sold out before I could order that! I feel terrible for all the parents who sent in onsies and never got anything back. I would be heartbroken and livid.

    Ordered my sweatshirt 6 months ago. I have still not received my order and was told by email that my order was lost and they filed a lost claim with ***** I have not only lost my money but also my precious baby onesies that I sent over. This business needs to be shut down. After doing some research it has happens to many people.

    Order in October 2023 and sent in items with specific directions on color and patterns, also emailed with the same directions. Recieved my incorrect order in January 2024, emailed and sent patterns back to be fixed. Have emailed multiple times and have still not received my order. Very frustrated with the service!

    We sent my sons onesie off around December 18th, FULLY aware and understanding that she was busy with the holidays and turnaround time would be a lot longer than usual. But, when we were told it should be sent out end of March- early April we were waiting, and waiting... Communication has been awful, I understand its a small business, but communication is such a huge deal. We had reached out a number of times to either be ignored or were told we would have answers shortly. Mid-May- we reached out again, and were told we would receive tracking shortly, yet we never did... a few days later we emailed again asking to just send out stuff back at this point since communication was horrible and it seemed like nothing had even been done yet- shockingly right after we requested that a tracking number was sent over (mind you its now 5/23) and the tracking shows it is still waiting to be picked up to be shipped. So, who knows when it will actually arrive. These are personal items, I've seen reviews of people never getting their keepsakes. It's heartbreaking I wish I could give this 0 stars.

    I placed my order 12/1/2023 and was supposed to receive my order in mid February. When I didnt get a tracking number in February I reached out and they said it would send out beginning of March. Once March rolled around, nothing. Emailed again and they said it will ship out beginning of April and will definitely not take until May. Well the beginning of May rolled around and they still hadnt completed it so I asked for a refund and for them to send the clothes back. It is now towards the end of May and I still havent even gotten a tracking number for the baby clothes I sent. Yes I received my refund but the clothes held a higher value.

    I sent both my daughter's coming home outfits back in November, confirmed with them they received the items on November 2nd. I have yet to receive my sweatshirts or any updates on when I should be receiving them. At this point I just want my daughter's outfits back but I have yet to receive an email or DM back from her. I am beginning to think this has turned into a scam.Update: I finally got an email back saying my items could be part of the problem bin. However after reading a ton of complaints on Instagram and Reddit this seems to be a standard response when emailing people back.
