      I made a payment on time for my mortgage. It said drafted but didn't post. So United charged a late fee and won't reverse the fee even though it was a system error.

      July 5 2022 I received automated call stating they detected fraud charges on my debit, blocked and cancelled card. I was thrilled they caught it. As I looked there was a $305 debit at a grocery store in ******* ** same time. I live in ************** ** and have frequent usage daily including day of at stores around me. Moral, cant be in two states same time using same card. They agreed and returned funds. Three days later they took them back stating I used my card there. After numerous calls totaling over 3 hours the fraud department agreed and released the funds back to the bank. For almost a month UFCU cant seem to return my funds sitting in limbo or even figure out whats happened. They were great to work with two years ago on a home loan but somethings apparently changed and theres an internal disconnect. My next step will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
