Attempted several times to have my name deleted from this account. I have mailed a Police Report from the ******************* verifying I never had any business transactions with this credit union. I don't owe this credit union zero dollars for any transaction or lack there of. I was told by the credit union I had to send the police report stating this was not my account. I am rejecting this response because: I have attempted to have the identity theft membership removed from all credit reporting files. I received a letter from United Federal Credit Union stating the account had been deleted from their file and a notification had been mailed on October 17, 2024 to ChexSystems dated September 18, 2024 stating: to have the associated consumer inquiry removed from consumer reporting. Today, I contacted ChexSystems Customer Relation, POC: ***** and was notified this action has not been taken as of today. I need this false information removed, in that, it will have a negative impact on my credit record. This has taken too much of my time to insure this action to be finalized . I need documentation from all parties of this complaint being completed for my file.

Previous old debt from PPL Gold Credit union was sold to this bank (under my maiden name ******* *********). This new bank now ***orted a debt from 2018 (WHICH WAS INCLUDED In my already granted and dismissed bankruptcywhich was also PREVIOUSLY REPORTED TO GOLD CRDIT UNION!!!!) as a NEW debt as of 08/24/2024. They also ***orted this debt to *********** and other credit agencies and shouldnt. They also ***orted to *********** that I recently ordered checks for this account which I did not. When I call the branch I was told it was ordered in error but it appears the bank did that so they can reclose the account so show this is recent debt. I contacted United today and offered my bankruptcy information to a *** name ***** who said hed forward it to the lost prevention department but provided me no explanation as to HOW AND WHY the systems reopened this debt which is unethical. When you buy a debt from a company it doesnt allow nor authorize you to open order checks etc. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THEM TO ORDER NEW CHECKS. This account was included in my chapter 7 and should NEVER be ***orted to chexsystems as a debt owed yet alone as an abuse account. Now I am unable to successfully apply for my mortgage until this is corrected and REMOVED FROM ALL REPORTING AGENCIES. Falsely ***orting old debt as new!!! I had UFCU assume the loan on two vehicles, purchased at different times, from a buy here pay here dealership. The accounts were separate loans starting June 2019. My first vehicle was paid off in February 2023. UFCU sent me the title to my vehicle that I was still making payments on. I informed UFCU of their error and asked for my correct title. They informed me that I had to return the title they mistakenly sent, and they would send the correct one. I informed them that this was NOT acceptable, and I would only return the title once I had the correct one, Even if I would have illegally did something with the wrong title, they had all the legality necessary to pursue me if I did that. June of this year, I had an offer of $12,000 for the car that was paid off. I informed the purchaser that I was having title issues and turned the incorrect title into UFCU ****** Lakes. The manager, *****************************, told me he would have the issue resolved immediately. I heard nothing for 2 weeks from UFCU. The purchaser of the car backed accusing me of illegally trying to sell my car because I didn't have the title. I recently made several calls to UFCU and they informed me that the did send the title and the United ********************* "lost it in the mail". I have lost $12,000 in the potential sale of the car and still do not have a title. A lot of excuses but no title.Business Response

I've been banking with United Federal Credit Union for almost 40 years. May 14th I noticed 21 fraudulent charges to my checking account. **** returned $5,000 of the fraudulent charges they allowed to happen. I would like the $2,300 of my money that they allowed to be stolen from my account. They have been very uncooperative, unhelpful, uninformative and rude during the investigation. The bank does not handle my mortgage loan very well. I set the direct mortgage payment with the Bank manager several times to withdraw the monthly payment from my Welsagargo account but still every month they make mistakes and my payment is not paid every month and they have to send it to the collection. I am rejecting this response because:The Marketing manager called and trying to offer me a gift card to buy a dinner which I felt this humiliation instead of apologizing and fixing the errors bank issues offering me a gift card. I also went to the branch trying fix the due date of a direct deposit withdraw from my Wellsfargo account into FCU mortgage account. The branch manger said the bank will not withdraw the mortgage if the dates fallen under weekend or national holidays, which it kind odd as this the first time I had this with any bank or mortgage companies. I also noticed that the bank charged me a late fee as well as charged me twice for mortgage of the month of January 2024. I also requested in writing via email to the branch a full audit to all my accounts and report to be send by mail to my address but no one confirming if they do so?
