    They dont deserve 1 star. Worst service ever. Order mattress and selected a model I store received the wrong mattress and the manager refused to refund. I was goin for exchange but when I kept calling the store and leaving messages for 2 weeks i decided on a refund. I was calling from my cell and found out they have caller id so I went to my mom house after calling and no answer he picked up the phone on the first ring. SMH. Then he wanted me to return the mattress on my own when I refused because it wasnt my fault he said I had to wait. This can go on. Finally was able to get mattress picked up and my bank had already refunded my money after I filled a dispute. This was at the ******* location. Then like a dummy I went to the **** location ordered a mattress for my daughter on March ******* still havent received it and been waiting 3 days for a return call. This company has poor customer service
