      I had a wonderful experience with one of the company's **************** representatives, ***********************************. I initially had an issue with having my artwork framed, to my satisfaction and ********************** worked with me for several weeks and actually listened to my vision for my artwork and implemented and provided me with different options until I was satisfied. I could not thank her enough and the rest of the team that worked to ensure that I was satisfied with the final finish.She is an exceptional **************** Representative who was not only professional but was very patient with me. ********************** really exceeded my expectations, and I hope that her department finds a way to reward her outstanding work.

      My experience with ********* has been fabulous! The auction experience was a delight and ***** was great!! Even though there was a frame issue, ******************************* went above and beyond to give me incredible service and enhanced the experience all the more. She was kind and patient, listened to my needs and followed through relentlessly to make sure I was satisfied and I was more than satisfied!! Ill continue to do business with this company!!

      We attended an Auction in ********* NC as a guest. We purchased 2 pieces. The auction was running over on the last day by several hours and we could not stay until the end so I paid for my art without any changes to framing. Once pieces arrived I was not happy with the framing and I contacted Parkwest CS Rep via email and got a reply from *****. I explained our dilemma and she was understanding and went above and beyond being helpful. I convade that I was not wanting a overpowering bulky frame and wanted something more modern and smaller. She sent me several options and worked with me until the end. Lastly she sent me a computerized rendering of what the new framing would look like before presiding. They were completed and shipped promptly. I could not be more pleased with *****'s service. And there was no extra charge. **Please note we are NOT collectors and we have not spent a lot of money with Parkwest. We have just bought a piece here and there nothing really expensive in the grand scheme of things when you looking at purchasing art.

      I have had excellent experiences with *********. I have made several purchases. I have made 3 separate purchases on 3 different cruise ships, a 3 day art auction (land based) and 2 telecast art auctions. Each and every experience was above my expectations. All of my artwork was received in a timely manner, in great condition and in the frames advertised or changed by me during the check out process. They arrive via ****** adult signature required and appointment delivery. Recently I noticed one of my pieces where the canvas wasn't stretched tight. It wasn't as noticeable until I added accent lighting. Even though I was past my 10 day review period for damages/repair (10 months past), ********* addressed my concern and did a 1 time courtesy repair at no charge. They sent me the shipping label, asked if i needed them to send packaging and set up a fed ex scheduled pick up from my home. With in two weeks my artwork arrived back to my home in great condition.

      Very please with the service and turn around time.I received my artwork in the wrong frame and without a second thought, ********* took the artwork back, re-framed it in the right frame and sent it back to me very quickly.Many thanks to ******************************* for great and friendly service and a smooth transaction!

      I am new to the art collecting business of Park West Gallery and when I was disappointed with the quality of one of my two ********************* pieces I was concerned. So I emailed PW and got the best customer service representative named Mr. ************************ From the first email to **************** when I expressed my dissatisfaction, his work ethic has been exemplary and superior. **************** acknowledged my complaint with respect. His prompt email responses assured me that everything would be done to correct the artwork to my satisfaction. **************** kept me informed during the process of returning and correcting both the embellishment and the frame. I received the artwork and the frame was again damaged. Started the process again of sending it back via ***** and the whole process started again. **************** had patience and reassured me that I would be satisfied .***********************************, ************** rep in the *** framing ***** also emailed regarding the replacement of a new frame. Very classy and responsible. I received the ********************* artwork today and it looks beautiful next to the other 4 DW art ! My sincere appreciation and appreciation to ***************************** Thank you..

      I recently purchased two works of art on my last cruise. When delivered it came with the wrong frames. After speaking and emailing with ******************************* of ********************************** over a period of four weeks, my artwork finally came with the correct frames. ******** was extremely helpful and supportive. He even made sure that my artwork came before I left to return to **. ****************

      I have loved Park West for years and bought hundreds of dollars' worth of art. This last cruise, they overcharged my card by $500, and no one will look into it and make it right. The gallery reps called us to the gallery several times because they had made mistakes. Obviously, the did make mistakes and we paid for them. It was fun while it lasted but I won't give them anymore free money. Maybe if they had decent customer service reps, it would be different. So, if you enjoy giving your money away for nothing in return, buy away.

      Maybe my art was overpriced compared to purchasing on **** but not when you factor in the education I received that led to my purchasing, the confidence I have that the art is legitimate, and the professionalism that went with the purchase, I felt I paid a fair price. I did learn the hard way that I cannot rush their system. Like most companies, if you try to bypass their normal item flow you are asking for troubles.There were a couple of issues with flaws in the artwork and PW was very prompt in issuing a return and an offer to repair or replace.

      During the past 10 years, I have collected over 75 unique works from Park West and have always been happy with the art, and the quality of the staff be they on a cruise ship or a VIP land event, as well as the weekly TV auctions. Recently, a sculpted piece had arrived and there were quality issues. The process for return was quick, efficient, and timely: from beginning to end it took a week from telling ********* there was an issue to having my account credited with the price of that piece. My senior art consultant, ***************************, initiated the process with customer service. *************************** was the customer service representative who kept me abreast of the process during that week. She communicated with me in a very timely manner and I do appreciate that. I am very impressed with the service provided, especially for a "return". RJM
