      I placed order for 3 pair of jeans and ***** is showing it was delivered to my front door on on 1/9 to my side door. When I went to retrieve the package it was no where to be found. I waited a few days hoping it would should some and made sure to keep looking/checking with neighbors. After having no luck, I reached out to the company for help with a refund. They told me theyll file a claim with a ***** and I again was patient waiting to hear back. Still no package on-hand I reached out again 1/19 again to ask for an update, and I was then told a manager will be in touch. Followed up multiple times since and nobody has followed up with me although Ive paid for items I didnt get. Not even an exchange was offered. Terrible customer service. Not everybody has money to blow on items they didnt get, will be disputing with my bank.

      Orders ****** and ******. ***** didn't deliver to me. They delivered my package somewhere besides my home. The proof of delivery photo doesn't show my front door. It actually doesn't show any front. The package was delivered to a trash can on the ground. ***** asked me to submit a picture of my front door. I did that and immediately ***** stated my package wasn't delivered to me. The photo says it was delivered to my front door. The photo clearly shows the package on the ground not my front door. My shipper opened a claim after ***** denied my claim. Swank has the proof that the package wasn't delivered to me and its been over 2 months and Swank won't give me my refund. ***** won't give me any information on the claim. ***** mis delivered my package but won't communicate with me. Swank has been telling me the same story for over 2 months. I need this resolved immediately. Swank has never contacted me to resolve this matter directly. Just keep running me in circles. I just want my refund in full returned. ***** claim number ******** These 3 ***** Managers have agreed that my package wasn't delivered to me. However, ***** claims hasn't approved my claim. *************************, ******, and *****. Proof of delivery photo and my front door photo is attached.

      I been spending a lot of money with this business its been very poorly with shipping items out and never has a resolution i done spend thousands of dollars when I dont like something that the company advertised you have to spend more money to send items back never send the items out between 1-3 business days its always more like 2 weeks Im getting h tired of the bad business

      11/25/2022 date of purchase, the amount $51.82 Order number ****** ***** tracking number ************ Contacted the company by email about the item being way to big, on the site they have a size chart that they tell us we can use to figure out what size we would be in their clothes. The size chart told be a 1X when I got the item it is wayyyy to big, I contacted them for a exchange and that is where am being told I need to spend **** to send it back to them and another **** to get the item shipped back to me. I told them that their site does not state that so I am paying 30 dollars in total for one item that was sized wrong because of their business site.I asked for a refund when was told I will only get a credit and still will have to pay to return it to them, which again is not on their web site.

      I ordered some clothes from Swank A Posh website, order was delivered timely; however, two of the items were damaged and defective so I intiated a refund. Swank A Posh is refusing to refund my money despite accepting and authorizing the return. I have been engaged in a endless email thread with their support team; however, I have yet to receive my $115 back to my bank account.

      Normally, if a customer receives a defected item they would reach out to us once received. The customer service department manager checked then followed the notes on the customer account before having **** (the customer service rep)  email her our policy, the customer did not reach out to us or provide photos of the damaged item. *************************** manager issued a one-time refund as a courtesy.
