      Was about to place an order on two items each was $25.99 when I get to check out they have changed the price on one of them items to $49.99 this is the second time they have done this I deleted both items this time. Wont be shopping here again.

      They are over charging for shipping, I did not get all my order, and they say true to size they are not I bought 6 pair of jeans on sale which I couldnt return

      I ordered an item from this company months ago which I never received but I paid for it. I reached out to them and was told my size was out of stock but will be mailed to me as soon as my size was back in stock. I have not received any order and it has been over 5 months now an no one is responding to my emails. They still have my money.

      They are double charging shipping fees. When you purchase an item and you want to return it for whatever reasons, they charge shipping fee to return just as well a shipping fee to send the item to you. I understand they give you a e-gift card. Which is ok. Worst customer service. I asked for a supervisor I was told they have to call me back. Every time I called it was the same young lady answering the phone. Im finish with them. Worst company ever.

      This is my second order that was not sent correctly FIrst order I order camouflage pants and received some sz 7 hot pink booty shorts.. Second order I spend on $200 and have missing items. They really ****.. insensitive to customer and should act immediately when you have an issue. Now I have to wait for reapond which has not been answered ?? yet.

      Ordered 3 times. First time went well. Second time package was stolen wouldnt give me any credit or anything. Third time they took extended time to send product. Made a shipping label but took and additional week to send. Plus the sizing is off. I ordered smalls but they are not small. The sizing is made big. Everything was very loose.

      I ordered something from the most recent 70% sale. I ordered my size just to find out that my original size ran out after I pressed checkout. Called customer service just for them to tell me that its my fault for ordering the wrong size. I NEVER had this issue. I ordered here a few times and usually would get a notification. It never gave me that message stating it was out of stock so now Im just out of what I wanted. Im sure my size is gone. I feel she couldve checked sizes to be sure and now Im livid. Im not sure if I would order again because who knows what other technicalities would happen. Who knows if what I see on the app is accurate. Im super disappointed. Theres so many things that could have happened and I feel like customer service is not enough. Tech support is an issue and needs to be addressed. I had this same issue with ********** and now yall. Great job Swank.

      Ordered over $200 worth of merchandise from this company. Some of my items got perfectly but a few items did not. Their return policy only allows for a 2 week return period EVEN DURING THE HOLIDAYS. Needless to say when I asked for an return from coming back into town they denied it and would not allow any type of refund or exchange of size. If you're thinking about ordering. DON'T!

      I came across this site added items in my cart a few days later I was reviewing my bank account and realized they attempted to charge my card twice no clue how they got my card number because I never added I just added items to my cart, if my card wasnt locked they would have attempted to force a sale I didnt authorize. I deleted my account with them, and removed the app off my phone, thats a no thanks if these are the companies practices.
