      My grandma ******* (Tawitha) ***** passed away on 1/8/22. We decided on a tombstone, paid full payment and its been a year and a half and my grandmas tombstone hasnt been set up yet. We are not getting responses from the place and when we do, they keep telling us a date but then nothing happens. This is ridiculous. People that have passed away after my grandma already received theirs. It didnt even take 6 months for others to get it. It gives me the impression that these people just wanted to steal our money. I try to contact the person that was dealing with us and no response. I have never encountered this in my life. Its not right that we are waiting a year and a half for a tombstone that should have been done months ago. I will be reaching out to their supervisor in hopes I get a response but with the way things are going, I doubt that too. Its been a difficult time and we were hoping this process would at least be right but they made the process even more difficult for us. Very frustrating and unfair. My grandma doesnt deserve this disrespect. We should receive a bigger tombstone for her at no cost or a refund because I have never heard of anyone waiting this long to get a tombstone for their loved one.

      My marker and vault have been paid off since July 2018 and Im still trying to get a certificate of ownership. I keep getting the run around and Im tired of this business. This is no way to run a business. You want your money when its due to pay for these things but when it comes time to deliver your company does not.

      ************ lives in **********, ** and it is possible she was referring to the White Chapel Cemetery in *************, **.

      I left a voicemail for ************ regarding this on May 26, 2023 and we have not heard back from her.

      If ************ did purchase from White Chapel Cemetery in ****, ** we would request that she contact our office at ************ to discuss this matter further.
