      Took my Mom to visit a lot of family today, we were both appalled at how run down the whole place is! Graves from last year not even put back in place after a second family member placed in ground. Very sad and disappointing

      We experienced extremely unprofessional and unethical business practices. During our initial meeting, the Advance Planning Advisor had no company computer on his desk and was using his cell phone and other clients orders (with their personal information visible) to show us examples of marker choices. His briefcase was propped open with an American flag, an insult to my husband who is a veteran. When we asked the advisor to verify our plot ownership, he said it was company policy that we leave the room while he made the phone call, but if we were quiet, we could stay and listen. He said he preferred to text photos of our documents to us instead of emailing pdfs and after we insisted on email, he still sent photos of the documents, taken with his personal cell phone? When he told us he forged our signatures on a document to save us a trip to the cemetery, I called his director. There was no explanation or resolution offered for this. Our markers arrived at the cemeterys memorial garage in April and we were told they would be put down in the summer. They were still not in place by August 25 and we had to follow up twice before they got placed.The advisor called us back seven months after our initial visit because he found our name and number on his desk but couldnt recall what we wanted or if our business had been taken care of.

      Horrifically maintained cemetery. Complete lack of dignity and respect to those buried there. Absolutely not perpetual care. Most markers are overgrown, many damaged and bent, etc.
