    Purchase was made March 7th for a lash class that was supposed to take place on March 22nd. After I made the purchase none of the details of the purchase were sent to my email nor my phone number which I dud list when I made the purchase. I spoke with a bot that told Me they would send me a confirmation and give me the details of the venue days ahead of time which I never recieved. I called the hotel that the venue was supposed to be held at and was told that it was a scam and they didn't have any halls/ rooms that were booked by this company nor have they ever. In fact they told me they tried to reach out to the company so they would stop these illegal activities be ause they were getting a lot of calls by other upset people who also purchased this lash class online that was supposed to be in person. To which was to no avail...the phone number they have listdd6on their website is non working so you can't get in contact with anyone. I would like my money back, I disputed with my card company but they want more info that I don't have. Also they have not given me back the money for this fraudulent charge. This was also reported to the ************************.

    I paid to Gemuine lashes for getting a certification in eyelash on October 23rd 2024 and i paid 196$ which included the cost of class and physical certificate at the end of completion of class. They were unable to provide me physical certificate after class and promised that they would get it delivered to my home and took all my address details. I tried to reach them after 2 weeks and they asked me for my details again which i gave them and after that i was told that they are working on it. I tried to reach them too many times in last month period but now they stopped responding me. I am looking to get my physical certificate which i was promised and i paid for.
