Should be able to leave a negative star. This is a total scam. Twice I have signed up for this Phoenix ************ cancel saying the instructor was in accident on way to airport. They used this same excuse back in December when I signed up. I couldnt attend a different class because of my schedule & the location was way down in ******. They refunded my money at that time. Today I get 15 mins away & check the website for the room number at the hotel & the date is changed to tomorrow. I message the chat box & get the oh we are sorry blah blah blah you can get a refund or attend the class tomorrow. I have other things to do tomorrow so no I cant. This day was convenient for me. I was excited about this class & now very disappointed. I dont know why people feel its okay to deceive & steal from hard working people. Im on a fixed income & dont have money to be throwing away to someone. I searched the ************** are ALL 1 star stating the same issues of cancellations, unprofessionalism, dishonesty, misleading, etc. ************ should be shut down & criminal charges brought to them. This is sickening & Im disgusted. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. And to think they say they are stationed in my home state of ********. So disgusting. If I dont receive my money back this time in the 3-5 business days I will be going the legal route & sue them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I was scammed! False advertisement I am very disappointed in this class. The class was not as advertised. Your instructors are not personable and rude. The class was over sold. There were no tables or chairs. And I was told that I would have to stand until 2pm . THIS is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ?? I would like a refund because I was misled when I signed up for this class .Your instructors rushed through everything, did not explain the so called kits. I do not feel as though I learned nothing more than what is seen online. When asked for slides of the power point the instructor said no you can only take pictures bc the person that wrote the power point has some copyright issues.. that made no sense. How do you instruct a course and give a power point but not provide to the class I understand the concept is that you get what you pay for however please advertise properly and be upfront about what types of program your offering bc what I received was not what was advertised ************ will not answer my calls or emails. PLEASE HELP THIS COMPANY is just taking money.I took the class in ******, ***** my order number is *****. I am asking for a refund they will Not respond or reply

They canceled on me less than eight hours prior to Class) The second time I Received a text message a couple days before class saying that they over booked stating I would receive my refund They told me 3 to 5 days. It has been two weeks and now nobody will respond.

This company is Fraudulent, We lost out on $200 due to them, Not describing what all was included in the package, not to mention, they had her put eyelashes on a cloth, not a mannequin, And this certificate was the wrong name. I want my money back.

This business should be shut down due to false advertising! The class was about 5 hours long because she was so unorganized and had no structure. She had the presentation on her phone and kept getting multiple calls and having to reject them. The slides on the PowerPoint were pathetic, a child could do better than that. The kits that were bought said we would have everything we needed for the class YET everyone had to purchase add ons because she was using things that were not apart of the kit. Such a waste of time and money!!! I contacted them on email and no response and now will be disputing with my credit card company. Oh and not to mention FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They claim FREE unlimited refresher courses yet they charge if you want to go to the class again. Waste of money!!! They delete the negative comments on Instagram to deceive anyone from purchasing.

My experience was disappointing. I attended a class on Mothers Day, which was the first why! I realized that date after I already booked. So anyway, this school was unorganized and unprofessional in many way's. First the class location was changed last minute and we received a text message about it the night before at almost 11pm. Like really. Then the kits that we paid for were nowhere near worth $85, we felt ripped off. On top of that, you guys charged $5 for the plastic stencil to practice eyelashes on, that among other items should have been included with the darn class. The instructor had no personality and was dry. You guys could have at least gave us a small manual or something of instructions for the process of doing lashes. The instructor also used her phone as a projector and she kept getting phone calls and had to stop multiple times to reject the calls. We were also asked to wear black for photos. However, the photos were never taken. I wouldnt even have been in the pictures anyway just because of the experience, but I wanted to mention that. They had items for sale in class that should have been included with the kit because really the $85 went to where, exactly? There were no refreshments provided at all even though they stated there will be. One more thing, they didnt even provide notebooks or pens for us, she asked the hotel to give us some. The seating was also horrible, why have some people sitting with their backs to the screen and have to turn around to watch the screen and write to take notes. SMH How about booking a proper venue and setting up properly. Someone else told me she got there a few minutes early and they wouldnt even let her in the class because it wasnt 11, what a joke. Overall, disappointing experience. To give them credit I think had it been a different instructor I believe the experience would have been much better and also the certificates are adorable.

I got SCAMMED.1. Your website stated that 2 lash trays were provided. Only 1 came in the bag (0.05 cc curl 15mm) and 1 classic. The classic set was missing and HAD to be shared with the table.2. No Live Model:We are aware we don't bring in a model. But the website stated there WILL BE A LIVE MODEL performed by the instructor. You have this on your website when I booked and still to this day looking at the website. I asked the instructor why there is no live model but she said there were legalities involved that prevented her from providing the live model. So instead she performed it on the Plastic Eye mold.3. Time: time was supposed to be from 11-7 The 2 instructors did not start checking people in until 11:45.Class did not start until 1.Break was at 2 pm for 1 hour Class ended and certificates were given out at 6.4. I paid for my PHYSICAL certificate and while everyone received there's I did not. I understand that it will be mailed to be but there is a lack of preparation and detail.5. Free classes for life. You have now changed your free classes for life to $15 up charge. You changed this the day of class. No one received an email with this change and your website says both $15 charge but in the flyers it still says free. I have screenshots of both which was taken a few hours ago.6. Your intructor ****** had mentioned that the plastic eye mold was a "gift" usually not given to other classes. Later on I found out from **** at the end of the class that the plastic eye mold and the trays were swapped out instead. In summary, as an Academy like yourselves we expected your class to be conducted professionally and with transparency. You provided us with expectations and your instructors or yourselves did not meet them. Therefore this is false advertisement and would like a refund for my class. If you need any further information or proof upon what I have stated in this email I will be happy to provide you with the information you need.
