    Took advantage of seniors, us and they screwed us out of about ****** bad home loan and I can't get anyone to resolve it. I have talked to numerous people at **** and they refuse to have it go higher up the chain of command. So I even went to social medias to try and get ********************* attention an nothing. We used them because we are older and they say they will do it all for you and stick with you even after watching the market. Our closing attorney an our agent couldn't even believe it we called the loan officer on speaker and all he cared about was we signed the papers, I have voice mail the underwriter saying she wish she could do something give us a gift card or something, really! text and e-mails of the underwriter appoligizing and saying theres nothing they can do now the loan is done that it would be a learning experience of what to do different for them them next time, What!!! No you don't s**** us out of money and call it a company learning experience. we need help with this thats to much money to loose, this whole thing has about killed my husband an me, they need to be held accountable.
