    My neighbor continues to disrupt my living space by generating too much noise. This includes banging things against the wall and shaking my apartment, not controlling their dog from barking, and banging around the in the bathroom causing loud echoes. I’ve contacted the police and management multiple times with no response/resolution. It’s disruptive to me studying being a full time student and from my other responsibilities. It’s disrespectful and I would like this resolved so I can relax in my own home.

    We have addressed the Noise Complaint with both ****** and his neighboring apartment, and each apartment received a noise violation. ****** lives on the top floor, and the resident in question lived below him. The neighbor has actually moved out of the property a little over a week ago.

    I got bed bugs from the next door neighbor apartment when they came out to spay for bedbugs there and they failed to treat the surrounding apartments. I've been living with them for three months now and they just keep having the pest control spray every two weeks but is not resolving the issue. They will not try to do something else to resolve the problem. They just continue to let me live with the bugs and continue to get bit. They won't transfer me to another apartment, they just tell me that I can leave if I don't like it. I've spent so much money on all of this and I've been out of work and have been broke for months and have no where to go.

    I have been forced to live in a bug infested apartment from the beginning of April until presently on July 16, 2023. With LR Management knowing that I was dealing with the situation and them not doing anything that would resolve this situation.They only continued to send out a pest company to spray every 2-3weeks which they were told wasn't working to resolve to issue and ignored my cries for help. I was made to suffer all this time with no concern from LR Management.

    I made a complaint about a bad smell in my apartment December 30th 2022. It smells like a dead animal they had a pest control person come out who said they couldn't do anything they had a maintenance person come out as well who said they couldn't do anything. They said they would send maintenance out to cut a hole in the wall. No one returned. December 31st i waited for maintenance and no one came. for the next On January 2nd i went to the office. A emergency maintenance man gave me an ozone generator. Tuesday January 3rd i spoke with another person in the office who said that they was then maintenance over to cut a hole in the wall to see what was in there they didn't do anything but leave odor bags to **** up the smell. Thursday January 4th I went back in to the office and the property management was very rude to me told me if I couldn't wait for another person to come out that they would terminate my lease. They have been very complacent with communication and effort to remedy this situation. They've just been disrespectful. My flowers have died my children have gotten sick the smell in this home is very unpleasant I can't access my bathroom in order to shower. I can't cook because every time I open the kitchen cabinets the smell is horrible. It is January 6th and no one has called or come to my apartment. I vave been calling and they won't answer my call. Please help.

    . I have been trying to reach the corporate office for the last two weeks. I have left voicemails and emails with zero response. Rent is due by the 3rd, which fell on a Saturday this month. They have NO STAFF in the office to collect rent on Saturday even though the website says they are open on Saturdays. I called, went to the office and emailed. I have no access to the tenant portal that I still havent heard back about and I was charged a late fee for rent because I had to pay on the 5th! Now I received a 7 day notice for owed rent! This is unacceptable and at this point a lawyer has to be contacted. The apt manager can Only do so much this is the owner and corporate problem now.

    LR management doesnt answer phone calls or call back for important manners. Their company charges for renters insurance when people already have insurance and dont explain why theyre denying your insurance. They also let their office manager **** illegally tow vehicles and give no explanation about it.
