    I live in the ******************* in ***************. Our site was recently taken over by a new set of management staff. I have a dog who is an Emotional Support Animal. The new management told me they need a letter from my daughters doctor/ therapist saying he is an Emotional Support Animal. The manager placed a dog fee on my contract for him. I told her my daughter suffers from anxiety/depression and our dog helps her through this. She then states we dont take this type of letter with the therapist name, company office and her license number on the form. The therapist phone number is on it also and you may call for confirmation. She then states I will submit this to the corporate office to see what they say. My rent is due and I always pay it early. I said to her i pay my rent early but you placed my pet on the contract saying I must pay it. This 50 dollars needs to come off. Being that I have shown documentation for my daughter and my dog. I have never been shown such disrespect, disgusting behavior and careless treatment to a person or a person child who has mental health issues. I brought in what you asked for and now you dismiss me like you dont care about my child nor me. I like where I am but to know this company dont care about people with mental health is horrible. To have people work for you that are heartless is unacceptable and unimaginable. I have lived here for 2 years very happily. And its sad that I must think of leaving because of this treatment. I am sad about it ?? I would appreciate talking to someone from this company concerning this.

    This company took over I paid $249.00 fee to apply here on behalf of my son, ******* ******* *** of which $199 of this fee is refundable. Although he has a good credit history, he was told that he needed a cosigner that made 4 times the rent. Therefore, I have been trying to get my $199.00 administration fee back since August 2024. They will NOT answer the phone, and when they do they lie of when we'll get the admin fee returned. The old management company, Pepper Pike nor the new company, LR management is answering the phone. 9-24-2024 I called the office and spoke with ********, the NEW manager, and she stated what I have gotten every time," the refund will be given in 5-7 business days." 10-01-2024 DAY 5: I CALLED ******** TO GET CORP PH# OF COURSE N/A! 10/3/24 Today I spoke with ******* with LR Management and 1st I was told there is no refund, NOW I AM TOLD THAT THEY NEED ADDITIONAL REVIEW AND MY ADDRESS TO REFUND WHAT I PAID FOR ON MY CARD!!! I also LM on JADE vm TO RETURN MY CALL...

    Not a good company went to apply for one of there communities. Never received confirmation to accept or deny offer. Application canceled, management changed very suspiciously. Said they refunded my holding fee August 14, 2024 Have yet to receive it and I have emailed corporate and *************** still nothing very unprofessional, dodging me via emails and when I call. So unfair and very rude of them. Such a disappointment I wouldn't want to live where they are management. I'm just getting the run around about my money as if this is my fault. It's their error in no way are the trying to fix it. I will keep emailing and calling until I recive my refund per them. Not even an apology. At this point I just want my money and they won't hear from anymore. I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO LIVE ON ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. I can only imagine how they treat their tenants.
