I secured the services of Hoover Electric, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling for installing a gas line and kitchen venting system. Before purchasing both a ************* range and microwave, I had a series of discussions with *****, Hoover's Operation Supervisor. This executive provided beneficial insight and guidance, helping to shape given considerations of prospective gas range models, along with important pulse points involving the overall project. The Operations Supervisor also exhibited patience, poise, and professionalism throughout this process. Additionally, Hoover's ongoing communications, throughout this entire pursuit, served as an extraordinary bonus toward enabling a pleasing experience.Toward that end, on May 3rd, Hoover's Lead Technician, *****, and his associate, ***, arrived to perform the installation work. In short, both gentlemen demonstrated profound expertise and dedication, as reflected in smoothly handling unanticipated impediments while implementing the kitchen vent I found ******* and ***'s demeanor and acumen as instrumental qualities in the successful completion of this project. In closing, when encountering future interests, residing underneath Hoover's umbrella of services, I would not hesitate to leverage their involvement.

Yesterday, I filled out a webform to have Hoover come out to run a wire today. I initiated a webchat with Hoover through their website asking them to give me an estimate before they would come out the next day. They said they'd e-mail an estimate. That never happened. They came out without e-mailing the estimate first, said it would cost over $800 to run the wire a few feet in the attic. Obviously, that's about 8 times too much for such a simple issue. I had to waste $80 for today's visit. Had they e-mailed me as promised, I wouldn't have thrown away $80 for nothing.Hoover Electric, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling

5 starsWe had work done by ****************** on a problem in the electrical service. He was courteous, knowledgeable and an excellent mechanic. He found the problem, retrieved the right replacement part and gave two old folks a good nights rest instead of a sleepless night. Originally, we were scheduled for the next day but when we called back to tell the shop the problem had gotten worse, they were able to get ******* there in less than an hour. Two other shops we called first were busy and the first available appointment was 10 days away. We recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them again.***** and ********Review fromMark C

5 starsi have used them a few different times. I think they may be priced a little higher than some others even with the 10% discount, with that said i will continue to use them for these reasons. 1. Very easy to set an appointment and its usually in a day or two if not the same day. 2. Everytime i have used them the show up when the say they will, plus call about an hour before arriving with a text showing you a picture or the tech coming out and his current location. 3 Every tech that has come to my house has been polite professional and fixed my issue. Like i said there may be some places cheaper but i will stick with the other pluses they haveReview fromDorothy P

5 starsI read so many positive reviews on my own for this company but contacted the BBB for their listings of highly rated electrical companies servicing ****, ** - many company names/addresses were provided with Hoover as the first choice. I called Hoover and within one day a team of 2 certified electricians came and competently determined the solution to an outdoor lantern problem! In addition as a new customer, a free ************************ inspection inside and outside of my house was completed! Results were discussed. I was and still am impressed with the superb business organization of Hoover Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling along with the recommendation from the BBB.Add this to the list of the many 5-star reviews.*******Review fromWolfgang S

I had over 100 rocks in my 120 ft sewer line with unknown origin. The pipes have/had no cracks. After I had a full blockage, I hired several well established companies in my area to get the rocks out. They snaked the line or hydro-jetted the line or did both in combination and failed. Even a company using a high-power-jet for commercial applications did not succeed.I spent around 10 k without success; and everybody's solution was to replace the lines.Then I contacted Hoover that I use for electrical, HVAC and plumbing issues for a while; here I met ****** who joined me to define out a concept to remove the rocks. Our plan was a mix of rounds using a MaxiMiller machine (brushes and chains) and hydro-jets and work with two cameras at the same time. ****** and ****** spent a few dedicated hours and made it happen ALL rocks are out. They accomplished the before by others announced: "impossible"Hoover has proven to me again that they have modern equipment, great people and are dedicated to succeed.
