      Ordered parts 4-10-25 Label created...new Baltimore MI Its now the 27 th and still no parts and no refund, even after two emails asking for refund on 4/18/25.I just want my money back at this point

      The customer purchased from ************** on 4/9/2025. The order was processed and shipped out on 4/10/2025. The package is in transit with a scan at the post office facility in ******* on 4/11/2025 for sorting.

      Mow The Lawn has been in active communication with the customer through email, and has opened a claim with the shipping carrier to locate an update in regards to the package that is in transit to the customer. The first email from the customer was in regards to canceling the order, and Mow the Lawn customer service responded that the order was unable to be cancelled as it was in transit to the customer. The customer then emailed ************** on 4/24 as the tracking number had not been updated, and a claim was started with the post office. Mow ************************* has asked for the customer to please allow 1-3 business days for Mow The Lawn shipping team to get a response back from the shipping carrier (USPS).Currently, there is an open investigation with **** and there have been no updates. Mow ************************* has been continuing contact with the customer in regards to the package claim.

      On 04/29 **** has confirmed the package is lost in transit, and a full refund for the order has been completed.

      I purchased a **** deer s240 lawn tractor on 8/12/2024 after using it 4 times I noticed 2 black spots on the seat back looks like the color came out of the material in the 2 spots called Weingartz and explained they told me the seat is not warranted because it is a wear item? the 3 year warranty it came with says bumper to warranty ?

      My Issue is I haven't been able to get a straight answer and everything promised and said to me from a Weingartz manager has not been resolved.* got a verbal quote from Weingartz 6/6/2023 ****** * next get a call from manager cost went up when I asked why and for detail of the cost let me check something isn't right * 6/14/2023 agree to cost by manager myself parts person OK 650,00 it is I agreed * 6/28/2023 call its ready go pick it up pay for it next manager something went wrong were sorry will make good on it with a new motor with no cost to and have delivered still no mower 7/12/2023 * 7/11/2023 speak to the manager he will discount the parts for a month and a week of excuses Agrees I have been mistreated and would like to discount what I have already paid for. please advise
