      Took lawnmower in for recoil repair, they replaced starter rope, during 1st use after repair it wont start. Paid $80.00.

      Hello ****,I apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to take a look at your lawn mower and see what the issue is. The recoil repair does not cover starting issues, but this should not have caused it to no longer work. We will take a look at it.

      They charged me for no reason at all. Took it right out of my bank account. In May of 2023 I ordered some parts on line and payed for them then. And then in August I got another charge on my bank account for nothing at all
