      I ordered a hood for my car and they sent the wrong one and are saying I ordered the wrong one when I know I did not and are refusing to exchange it

      I ordered a new fender that's of the color of my car and when the fender arrived the paint was bubbly because the wasn't dry. Email and call the company refused fix or refund my money. The company said the fender is still useable. The only way I can get my refund is if I damaged the fender sounds like a setup to me. I paid for a new few not a damage fender. They don't decided on that decision I paid for a brand new fender not a damage paint job

      Weve called them multiple times and texted them to offer full refund, they keep ignoring us. They just sent us another BBB letter again today. Can you tell them to call us back?

      On or about november 30 2023 I placed an order through partify for a new Tailgate and 2 new front fendors for my 2015 ***** Silverado. Order included painting the parts the same color as my truck to match. Invoice stated my parts were to be delivered by December 8th. I recieved no parts untill december 23rd. The tailgate i recieved, was not fully painted or fully clear coated. And further more one of the fenders recieved paint was chipped and was damaged. Business claims to back their paint work but refuses to honor said claim and instead only gave me the option of a partial refund of $250 which will not cover the repair of one of the parts let alone all 3. I am disguted with the companys business practices and feel as though i have been ripped off and lied too. I only asked that the work guarantee be honored. I did not want the money. Just my parts fixed, to which they refused. I did not get what i paid for and will post this everywhere i can to warn others of these poor business practices

      I ordered a new fully painted bumper for my ***************************************************************************************** two places for shipping. There is no notice of this practice during the purchase. Their remedy is to place it in the Sun for a number of hours? My biggest issue is the quality of the paint job. Its so bad that I thought someone was playing a joke on me. It almost looks like an inconsistent texture its so bad. Im shocked that it even left their facility that way. Nothing short of a full refund will make me happy.

      April 12th I received a front bumper for my car it was the wrong one I paid 521 dollars for the part and I called them they told me to file a issue form so I did they told me they can't do a refund I tried to talk to the manager and they wouldn't let me told me I was out 521 dollars and there's nothing they can do
