      They simply sent me a A damage product and according to their statistic, only 0.01% of their products can come damaged, but youd be shocked. The bumper that was sent to me was ****** folded, and when it came to unfolding it had scratches paint remarks and cracking. I sent them multiple videos and images and the only refund that they offered me was a $50 refund but their policy on their website claims 100% refund with no return because they cant return a product that big. I handled things with my bank at chargeback, but I filed for the wrong thing. Mistake on my end, but was made apologies so things could become straight for both me and partify. With a lot of back-and-forth, I still stand with my money gone that the company is not willing to even compensate for. Multiple emails multiple calls and now I am a couple hundred dollars short with no cooperation with the company. If you have a claim and if you have a, it would be nice if you had sympathy with it or at least the empathy to live up to what you claim. They straight up emailed me. We are not willing to help you.

      Great customer service, they helped me place my order and were commutative about the entire process. It only took a week to receive my order and the part arrived in great condition with a high quality paint job.

      I had received an email with a coupon from this company. I was trying to make a purchase for a part my vehicle needs. Since I left the items in my cart, the company sent me an email a few days later. I tried to make the purchase with the discount they sent me, and it wasn't working. I reached out to them and sent them the screenshots they asked for only for them to tell me I have to pay full price due to "our prices are subjected to change." Then I mentioned leaving a review of the bad customer service and all they responded with was "Thank you." They didn't care one bit about anything. Take your business elsewhere.
