Flagpoles Etc has been a friendly and responsive company in providing us a residential installation in 2022 and answering questions related to the capability of the installation to increase the flag size from its original design. Very happy with our interaction with this company.

Customer Support at **********************. is horrible. They sent me the wrong $500 part, I returned it for a replacement and I have heard NOTHING from them for over a month. I can't seem to get any answers. They were the ones who send me the wrong part even though I questioned the part number....now I have a flagpole I can't use. I only clicked "one star" because this review won't let me click "zero" stars!Flagpoles Etc

***, I was hoping you would update your review but let's try to clear things up a bit. There was a delay in communication from when the part was received, as it has been over a year since you purchased this part. During this time, identifying the replacement became a challenge, especially with the holiday season. While our policy typically does not cover exchanges after such an extended period, we decided to make an exception. We aimed to understand precisely what was needed and agreed to exchange the item at no additional cost to you. This was our way of going above and beyond to help resolve the situation, despite the unusual circumstances. As soon as the part needed was understood a replacement was sent. We would rather take a moment to get the correct answer over assuming and sometimes that takes some patience. 3 starsI bought a 25 foot internal halyard with a Flag. I was contacted by the freight company and was told the truck was in an accident and the pole would be a few days later. When it arrived the packaging is very good no damage at all.. The problem is there is no Quality control. I called and asked for some instructions and got what i said I didn't need. Also it did not come with the snap covers and was told there extra. I looked at the web site and found what I thought, they were included. I called again and they are shipping them out. Also the lock on the halyard door did not have a nut on the back and I was told that's how it is supposed to be. ITS all floppy loose . and last thing If your going to put a sticker for your company on the pole at the very least put in on straight.ZERO QUALITY CONTROL-- ALSO NEED TO TRAIN THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLEReview fromMark R

My initial purchase was a 25 flagpole. My second purchase was a new downlight. I am very pleased with both purchases and would use Flagpoles, Etc. for any future purchases and related services.Flagpoles Etc

After searching for a company to install a 25 flagpole in front of our new home we decided on FlagPoles Etc & could not be more pleased with all aspects of our transaction. From the wonderful customer service on the phone to get the order in, to the dedicated crew who installed the flagpole without issue, to shopping for new flags at their online store. 24Jan23 - Just had Flagpoles Etc install a 25' aluminum pole, the entire process was so easy and working with ********************* helped even more. I had the poor guy provide me probably 6 different combinations and each time he came back with cost and timing and told me to take my time and to b sure and happy with my choice. Installation was done on 1/23/23 and it was done much quicker than I expected. The installer was very professional, polite and well mannered; a good ambassador for your company.*********************** ********, **Flagpoles Etc

This company removed a 70 ft flagpole and replaced it with an 80 ft flagpole. The entire process was completed efficiently. Area was cleaned up after installation was complete. Crew was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.Flagpoles Etc

Wanted $556.00 to restring my flag pole. Explained it only needed to be lifted out of the sleeve. Insisted they need a bucket truck. Friend lifted it out and spent $7.00 for new rope. They pray on people to get maximum profits regardless of customer service. New owners, New scam.Flagpoles Etc

Hi *****, I am sorry you don't feel that our prices were at a point you consider of value. We strive to remain competitive in our current economy. We provide service nationwide, and if you have a local person, it will always be cheaper. I do not see you in our system, so I can only assume that the price you were given was verbal, or the estimate is under another name. Your location is 127 miles from our dispatch location of *****, ********. Even without a bucket truck our standard restring service to your location would run $416.00. We do offer other options, we do have the ability to help you to restring your own flagpole, we send the parts and our support staff can walk most people through residential flagpole restringing if the halyard is still attached. They refuse to give me a copy of my original purchase order on June 14th, 2019 because its in the old system. I paid for my flags. Now that I'm cancelling their service they want to pick up their flags. What a joke. Oh...Faith says to me, it's in the old system. Well, Faith get into the old system and print me out my original purchase order that I gave my husband for his 60th birthday. Their management stinks. I am on top of all my annual renewals. It renews in June. Not July. You give me my original receipt, I'll give you my flags. At this time you are not allowed on my property unless I (the homeowner) is home. That flagpole is mine. My property is mine. Give me my original purchase agreement, you will get your items. I already have another company that will be more than happy to take care of our needs. ************************* P.S, Your customer service stinks. You are nothing like the original owners who started this business.Flagpoles Etc

Dear *****,Unfortunately the previous owners were the ones that did not keep your records. There was no way we could provide something that was not forwarded in the sale of the business. We wish your information was there but it is not. I can see where this would be frustrating for you and is why "we" the new owners of Flagpoles Etc take measures to keep accurate records. I am not sure why you are upset but am fully available to you to discuss if you would like. We would never nor have we said we would come and take your property. You have a flag maintenance contract that you wish to cancel. We have done so for you. Faith was very professional with you and tried helping you to the fullest extent that she could. FAITH called me and specifically stated HER GUYS WERE COMING TO OUR HOME tomorrow July 27th, 2022 TO RETRIEVE YOUR FLAGS. Those flags i originally purchased which were mine. On June 14th, 2019 I paid $640.37 for install and flag purchase. I took a video on how to care for the flag pole each month. Which was $129.00 for the year. I then spent an additional $85 for the American Eagle instead of the gold ball. On top of that the service maintenance. I find it hard to believe the previous owners didnt keep my records when I clearly have paper statements for renewal and flag replacement. Plus, there was never notification of the sale of the business, nor a letter sent out that it was under new ownership. Only an email **** that my maintenance contract went from $120 per year to $285. I wonder how did you get my name In your system if you dont have the software of the old system? Its the old, blame it on the previous owners. Or Oh *****, you are in the old system when purchased. I dont have access to it. All I got was lip service. Never a return phone call Faith which I called 3 times. Your FLAGS you do desperately want to retrieve are neatly folded and gently placed in a plastic bag. I went to my husbands old neighbors who have been in the flag business since ****. Outstanding, kind and helpful. Repairs to our flags are $10 if there is a tear. Im just a homeowner that purchased a flagpole for my husbands 60th birthday that he always wanted. I know youre in Wixom and use the ***** number. Ill support the small business in Genesee County where they are knowledgeable and friendly. Your customer service people have said numerous times throughout this past year Im new, so I dont know whats going on. Let me know when youll be here so I can give them to you. If I dont hear back, I have contacted the local VFW and donate the flags to them. The ball is in your court from this moment on.
