    Fantastic products and the workers were great! The flooring and carpeting look like new every day and we had installion 3 years ago! I would recommend Majic for any home projects.

    I met with **** regarding my aging roof. Majic had installed all new windows in my house about 7 years ago, and we are very pleased with them still. So, I wanted to see what **** had to offer regarding our roof. **** was very knowledgeable and helpful during our meeting, and was very flexible when offering options to make our roof new again

    Terrible company to deal with.Will not stand behind what they sell.We bought a $6,000 door from them about 6 years ago. This door came with a 25 year warranty.I called Majic due to a problem we are having with the door. I was told by customer service that the manufacturer of the door is out of business and because of this our warranty is "null and void".We did not purchase from the manufacturer, we purchased from Majic. I was also led to believe at the time of purchase the Majic was providing the warranty.When I called I was also told there would be a $125.00 service call just to show up and look at the door. Any adjustment or parts would be an additional cost.With this, I told Majic to put me on the Do Not Call list.

    River was a wonderful sales rep, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The crew that installed my large front window did a great job and it still looks perfect two years later! I just ordered more windows from magic as I am so pleased with the experience.
