  Thank you ***** and **** for your fast response and thorough, helpful work throughout the difficult and stressful process after the devastating results of a pinhole water leak. You came by daily to assess the process of restoration. Both of these gentlemen were so professional, kind, glad to answer questions and brought me so much peace-of-mind. Thank you ***** and **** for all your commendable service of doing an excellent job for this customer!

  24Restore's response time was wonderful. I had a sewer drain backup leaving water on the floor in a basement room. Since it was the holiday week I didn't have much hope of getting it resolved quickly but Frank showed up when he said he would and was very thorough in explaining the problem and my options. He didn't try to upsell the work, just what needed to be done and got the work done in about an hour. The price was very reasonable and he was very professional. I would have no hesitation in referring this company to someone needing restoration after water damage. Frank was also very careful not to track any contamination when going from the truck to the basement which I appreciated.

  I cannot say enough good things about this company and Jason with Brandon. This is our second time working with 24Restore through a claim and a flood in our house for different reasons.
  
  Jason has been so amazing and kind. I have a 10 day old baby next to me and this work has spanned the end of my pregnancy through just after birth and Jason has helped us so much. When he first came to give us an estimate he gave guidance to get to the root and source of the leak and advised me to call a different HVAC company to go to the source of the leak (not the responsibility of 24restore). But he allowed us to address the root of the problem and then came back to do the estimate again after all the HVAC work was done. Then he returned, gave us the estimate, and scheduled us for the work to be done. And then I gave birth and my body needs to heal and he is allowing us to reschedule 4 days of work and restoration reconstruction to accommodate my recovery even though it displaces many employees schedules. And I am so so thankful. The work from this company is such a high caliber and the professionalism and kindness from every single employee that we have worked with has been so full of integrity. I feel that we are in really solid hands and every person has done right by us and gone above and beyond. We will return to use their services if necessary and have referred others to 24Restore and will continue to do so. Thank you so much.

  Jason Batts the PM has been helpful in guiding us though the basement bathroom rebuild. He has done a good job explaining the work that will need to be done and also the order in which it will need to be completed.
  Jason is also quick to respond to any questions we have. This really helps to take some of the anxiety out of it.
