  As a president of an association that had a fire, I would never use them. They kept stopping the work. Took for ever to complete the work. They did not do great work, and they were unwilling to assist the homeowners with any follow up needed, and warranties for the bad work. The homeowners are having to paid out of pocket to fix things. Never use this restoration service. If they show up run the other way

  I worked with ************ following water damage from ice dams. I was impressed with how they kept me up to date on all of the water and moisture drying out process. Each time they came to check on progress, they texted or called to give me notice ahead of arrival. All of the workers were polite and helpful.

  On May 5, 2020, I had a fire, and 24Restore was the overseer of the project. They left unfinished repairs: Closet Doors not put back on, baseboards put on incorrectly, and sloppy, trim was not painted, and railing to upstairs not painted. The vinyl floors put in started coming up in June 2022. When the company came out to fix that they asked me about the baseboards, they could not believe how they were installed. He took photos and gave them to 24Restore, and 24Restore refused to fix the baseboards at that time. They installed a furnace as part of this clean up, and I am having major problems with the furnace. I have reached out to them numerous times to request who installed the furnace, so I can use my warranty. They said they do not keep track of this information. They told me the warranty is up, but as you can see I have started reaching out to them in 2022, they just have been ignoring me. This concerns me greatly because not only can't I get a warranty, I don't know who was in my house. I don't know if they pulled a permit or if they had a proper furnace company put this furnace in. I am not sure if the final inspections were done correctly. Not sure who signed off on the repairs, and completion. The City of Woodbury never came out to inspect any of the process, including the furnace check. The last time 24Restore contacted me was on November 23, 2022, and it was a message to call them, so I did, and they never returned my call. Once my management company called them at the end of November they said everything is done, and the warranties are no longer valid. So they are refusing to look at this any further or give me any information.
  I would like to have assistance in finding out who my vendors where, and I want to get my warranty information, as I am sure any furnace comes with a warranty against parts longer than two years. I have had to pay $****** to fix my furnace. I would like to be reimbursed for these fees.

  My husband I were so appreciative of the care and support the team gave us through our disaster. The City line backed-up into our finished basement on a Friday evening. The team led by ****** were out working within 2 hours. They worked until 5am that first day. Came back Sunday to pull as much out of the house as possible to make it livable. ***** had overall management of the remediation with the help of *****. I highly recommend this company and specifically this team. THANK YOU

  Excellent. **** is top notch. ***** his work partner is very helpful. **** knows his stuff. V experienced, did a great job. Very prompt, communicative, thorough. A quality experience. So glad to have the water intrusion mediated by 24 *******, **** and *****!!

  My main drain backed up, leaving me with a room full of standing water on a Saturday night. After the drain was cleared, I called 24Restore for cleaning and mitigation. **** and ***** did a fantastic job of efficiently cleaning up, disinfecting, hauling away soggy cardboard, and setting up drying equipment. **** contacted me both for the initial cleaning and when they came to pick up the drying equipment to let me know when they expected to arrive.

  I was having a problem with my insurance and HOA, Drake ****** (Claims Coordinator) solved everything ingeniously and took off a huge weight that I was carrying for 4 months. I'm without words to thank him!!! way to go boy!

  24 Restore was outstanding. They responded to my problem quickly. Customer ********************** on the phone was clear and helpful. ***** was very courteous and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. When he identified the problem, he fixed with with expertise and little fuss. I will most definitely use them again if needed.
