      I have a product under warranty but they will not contact me to resolve the issue. I have emailed them twice and have been ignored. This is a bad way to do business.

      Bushnell **************** promised replacement trail cam under warranty in July 2024. No response to my emails about status. It has been 4 months, no response no replacement camera.

      Bushnells customer service has ceased to exist. No one can get in touch w/ anyone there. I tried to log in, my password won't work. They won't send me a reset link. Can't reach anyone by phone, can't leave a message. And I'm seeing a lot of other people are having the same issues. Very disappointed in a company that I always had nothing but positive reviews for.

      Please do yourself a favor and look up all companies and products owned by Vista Outdoors so you can avoid them like the plague. I had a ****** pistol scope go out on me in August of 2024. I called customer service for a week straight trying to get thru. After nearly 20 hours of holding on the phone, I FINALLY got a *** and he told me I could send my scope in for an evaluation. If it can be ***aired it will. If it cant be ***aired, they would give me a credit towards something else because my model scope had been discontinued. I sent my scope in and they told me they could not ***air it so they ordered a ***lacement..for a discontinued scope? Here it is October 7th, I have heard nothing. I have left them 3 phone messages to call me, sent them multiple emails asking for a follow up status and to call me. Nothing. I have been on the phone trying to get thru for 2 hours today. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this company: I want to say their customer service absolutely ***** but you have to actually have customer service in order to make that claim. Stay away at all costs. You have been warned. Oh, and the message that says you can just leave your number and they will call you back today.yeah, if you believe that, I have a pirates chest full of gold buried in my back yard. All you have to do is find it and dig it up and you can have it.

      Purchased a pair of Bushnell Legend Binoculars in 2020. Recently, the eyecup cracked and the strap connection broke, so I had to cash in on the No Questions Asked Lifetime Warranty. It was a super simple process. I completed a repair request on their website, shipped the binoculars to their repair center in ******, and received a fully functional pair of binoculars back just 3 weeks later. Literally, no questions asked. 10/10 for customer service.

      I am only writing this review through BBB because they won't let me file a complaint. I have been TRYING to contact customer service (insert laugh) since Sunday 25 Aug 2024. I have called only to get this message EVERY SINGLE ATTEMPT: Due to high volume of calls, this queue is closed. Thank you. I have emailed them. No reply. I have even attempted contact through Instagram. Nothing.I would like a refund on two trail camera subscriptions that are not working. The trail camera. I get no signal. I have moved them to higher locations. Still nothing. I cannot cancel them on the app because they need to check in. As stated above, I have TRIED every means possible to contact them. I am the customer. They are the service. They provide ZERO customer service. Refund me my money now please!

      Non existent customer service. Purchased one of their ****** rifle scopes and was found to be defective. Have attempted to contact them since 7-30-24 via email and telephone to no avail.Have never received any form of contact from them! This is now 8-26-24.

      DO NOT order Bushnell products. If you have any problems, customer services will not help. I've emailed them, called them and as normal, which happened today, their customer service phone number is "not taking any calls" due to the "queue being full." Adding to this, their customer service is only open 5 hours a day, from 9 am to 2 pm CST. What a joke of a business. I now have two cellular cameras that do not work and I cannot see any pictures from these cameras. Absolute waste of money.

      Contacted Bushnell re. defective binoculars. They sent an email with a phone number to call. No one ever, ever, answers the phone and there is no way to leave a message or ask for a call back. Further emails get the same unusable repsonse. Terrible service, frustrating.

      Received binoculars & the crystals were already messed up. Unable to use from moment we took them out of box. Sent them back & they said we dropped them. Offered a docount code to by new ones. My boyfriend had ********* for ************ wouldn't adjust anymore sent them in & they fixed them no questions asked. Guess I know what brand I'll be buying
