1 starLeft my house with a piece of siding missing from last fall. Previous rep left, he reached out to them and I was told they'd call. That was 2 weeks ago. Once my insurance said no to a roof they were done with me. They couldn't fix my vent caps on my garage because they're prices suck. Stay away from them. Customer service is a huge deal to me and this place sucks.Review fromTom M

The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. I recently worked with Signature Home Services on a insurance claim I had. Jesse was very prompt in all communications and the project went off seamlessly. I would recommend SHS for any home improvement project.

Sean at Signature Home Services has been great! He did a great job going through and explaining the home inspection process which identified the condition and made recommendations for repair. He is knowledgeable about insurance and guided me through the process. Although we haven't moved forward with services yet, I'm very impressed with Sean and the work of their team!Signature Home Services, LLC

1 starI have used Signature in the past without issue. Unfortunately that was not the case when I had the have my home resided after storm damage. It took them eleven different times coming to my home before the siding was level. The caulking job around the windows was horrendous and had to be redone by my husband. After everything was FINALLY done they gave me the final bill which was incorrect. After talking to one of the office personnel and explaining the difference, I was able to close out this horrible situation. I will NEVER do business with them again.
