Shane and his team and Signature Homes are top notch! They are extremely reliable and most important honest. I would highly recommend using Shane and his team and Signature Homes for any roofing, siding , or small remodeling needed. So professional and knowledgeable.

We usually try to set a second follow up visit at a show room to start some selections and really dial-in price of the estimate. 2 starsWe had our siding replaced after hail damage, signature tried hard on getting all of our windows replaced and things were going good until, two employees left which both were working on our contract they never told us the second person left. They gave us 3 different start dates and when they started they broke branches off our tree and smashed wholes in another evergreen tree they flattened out bushes in back, they never put anything over them to protect them. If they would have started the first time they told us the damaged would have been very slim to none. They did give us a $100 gift card for the tree but the tree cost more than that. When they were done for the day they left equipment and siding in our landscaping, an open bucket of nails as well. They told us they were coming back to fix some issues and did a no call no show so I had to call and see what was going on. The communication has been poor, on multiple occasions I have expressed that concern and was met with little change.Review fromJeff B

This is a great company! They stay in touch with you throughout your project, so there are no surprises. They offer suggestions and if there are any variations of any kind along the way, they talk it over with you to make sure you are in the loop. Over the years, they have replaced my roof twice (hail damage), three skylights and, most recently, replaced the siding on my house with James Hardy product. I can't tell you how many times people have stopped in front of our house to admire how beautiful it looks. Often people ask who did the work on my house and I always tell them it was Signature Home Services and I gave them the number to call. I can't say enough about how great their service truly is. They really stand out in today's world where many companies just want to get your money and they do a crappy job without standing behind it. I would definitely call Signature Home Services for any project I have in the future!Signature Home Services, LLC
