    I bought a car online to have delivered. It was delivered and I signed paperwork and was told I world get my copies in the mail. Months go by and nothing. I texted the salesman who referred me to another person there who told me I was fine as long as I had the keys pretty much. Didn't offer to send my anything of my copies or bill of sale. A few weeks go by then I get a letter from the dealership with my cars tags in the mail that were open from the *** with my address wrong on it. The dealer kept saying it was the *** and the *** said they had it on record that the info supplied by the dealer was wrong. I bought the car on July last year and still don't have the title still have 0 documents on it or the sale and have to pay out of pocket for a duplicate title now. The car was supposedly certified with warranty and I have nothing at all to show. They need to do their jobs and get me my documents.
