    Free oil change changed oil but not filter poor service had bad service very rude moter blew up very bad service would not recommend this dealer ship sales people just want to sell never again will I buy from them would not fix things after I bought from them always wanted to charge for parts lemon law

    This really goes for all Toyota dealerships in MN. Just really upset that they charge to get a loaner car when yours is having service done on it. I have a warranty on my vehicle but that doesn't matter. How are people suppose to get to work. A person spends a lot of money on vehicles and they can't give you a courtesy car.
    I called 4 Toyota dealerships in MN and they want $40-45.00 a day to use a car.
    They said they did this during COVID, well that's cone now so why are they still charging. I will never buy another Toyota vehicle again. They already make a lot of money so why don't we get more money out of people.
    JUST RUTHLESS!!!!
