      In august of 2021 I purchased 2 Andersen doors from 84 lumber in **** ** for $16000.Upon installation I called the representative from Andersen (*********************) to address scratches and missing pieces. I never received a response. In the spring of 2022 I installed the screens to the doors, which were included in the original order. This also was missing a piece. I have called the Andersen representative two additional times and left detailed messages as to the problem and have not received a response. There is no way for me to resolve the problem on my own without ordering new doors. I would like the representative to visit the site and order the necessary parts to resolve the issue.

      My understanding is that my windows include a life long guarantee. I need repairs and replacements on my 43 year old windows, screens, and doors. I have tried contacting the company by phone or through the website many times and even at multiple locations. I get fliers in the mail from the *************, ** location and have contacted them most recently. I have not received any response from any Renewel by Andersen contact information that I have found. I would like to have my windows repaired, some warped ones replaced, cracked windowpanes replaced, my screens replaced, and perhaps some patio doors replaced. I like my windows and doors very much and would like to use the same company.Thank you!

      After reviewing the information listed. I do not believe that this is a Renewal by Andersen product as Renewal by Andersen was established in ****. You will need to contact your Andersen Window dealer for warranty information on their products. They can be reached at ************.

      I am sorry to hear that the homeowner has been frustrated.  Renewal by Andersen has not been in business for 43 years. The customer would not have Renewal **********************. If they are Andersen products they would have a logo imprinted on the glass of the units. Andersen does not have a lifetime limited warranty. The current warranty is 20 years on glass and 10 years on component parts. If the homeowner would like us to call to discuss where to purchase new products please let me know and I will have one of our agents reach out.

      I purchased a screen door yesterday totaling about $140, and the window of the door is leaking to where the water is coming into the main door of our home. I called customer service and they said the problem is not covered under warranty, as it can be see that it is a manufacturer error. I will no longer be buying from this company as it is a waste of time.

      There is not a lot of information in this complaint from the customer so it is difficult to respond fully.  That being said, it appears that the customer purchased a Storm Door from ************** and that there may be some water getting through the door to the entry door.  The entry door is meant to be the main protection from the weather and the storm door adds an additional layer of protection to the entry door but does not prevent all water or other weather conditions from getting through at all times.
