      I was dissatisfied with my FTU as it took him less then 1/2 hour and I had to ask the tech to do a WH check that other companies include with a FTU.
      He did not
      Clock my meter to check for gas input on my furnace and this is extremely important
      Did not vacuum out my burners or clean them with a brush
      Did not clean my blower motor
      Did not have a CO meter to check for Carbon Monoxide at my furnace or water heater
      Did not take me to my furnace and show me what he found that may be an issue.
      Did not check the draft on my furnace to make sure that it was drafting correctly and no constrictions.
      He did not even ask me if I had a working CO detector in my home or ask me how old it was as this would have been a low budget upsell for most people even though for me I just replaced mine.
      He should me photos on his laptop of my ignitor that he suggested I replace as it had burn marks at a cost of $349 or $379 which is crazy pricing.
      He suggested that I use a pleated filter and I told him that it constricts airflow in summer and I use these in winter as I had mentioned that my filters do not seem to ever collect any dust.
      He checked my kitchen water tap and stated I had hard water and I have a newer softener less then 3 years old and did not suggest that I should get it adjusted or anything so I found this to be unusual and felt like he was attempting to do an up-sell for a new softener until I told him that it is an on-demand and basically new.
      I felt that even though I paid only $44.00 for this FTU I am going to schedule another FTU and pay for CenterPoint Energy to do it as I have no faith in what was done and not done to feel secure that I am safe\, extremely disappointed.

      Angela and her team did a great job of installing my ceiling fans and the 240 volt outlet for my dryer!
      They also cleaned up after their work so as I could not see that they had been at my house!

      I called Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric for an afterhours service call for my AC at my home.
      It had stopped working and it was getting hot!
      Dan W. was out to my house quickly. He identified the problem and even did a safety check on my whole system.
      He had the part my AC needed and we were back in business cooling off the house. Such a relief to have the AC working with the next heat wave about to arrive.
      I really liked how I received a text with a picture of Dan and few details about him. Very nice to know who was coming and what they looked like.
      Dan was exceptionally personable and I could tell he cared about my situation from taking off his shoes before walking around my house to the detail examination of the system to solving the overall problem.
      I was so impressed by the whole experience that I put Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric into my contacts. I don't do that for just any vendor.
      This appears to be family owned business with a decent number of employees giving them the ability to react quickly to problems that pop up on the consumer side of things.

      Kelley at Twin City Air and Electric did a dynamite job. He spent the time to get the job done right. When he got a faulty breaker from the warehouse, He went to home depot and got the correct working breaker. We have a gas clothes dryer, so they never installed a 30 amp dryer plug in our house. My significant other is a porcelain artist. So being able to plug in our larger kilns is the difference between night and day. Up until we got this plug installed she's had to use a tiny jewelry kiln. This makes a huge difference. Thank you Kelsey! For your hard work!
