Twin Cities Heating, Air and Electric was like working with old time business that sincerely care about customer service. Office staff were prompt, courteous, and friendly. Elijah did a great job answering all my questions and took the time to show me the reasons for the repair. He is knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. An overall excellent experience.

Elijah was both very professional and very kind. While the expense of the repair will be overwhelming for me, it was great to have somebody who was compassionate and explained things well. Alex came for servicing our furnace last week and he was excellent. He was training a new tech, Brandon, who seemed to also be enjoying the job. Alex explains everything clearly doesn’t try to upsell and he is just all around Excellent at his job!
