    Contract price was 1.6M closed around 2.1M we upgraded everything/anything you can think of. Total upgrade close to 500k (the amount $ TJB made from upgrades) closed loan on Dec/30/2022 moved in Feb/2023 only thing left is a driveway they owed me. When it was time for driveway we found out it was constructed incorrectly, it had to be moved 10ft from the next property line. After driveway went in they try to bill me for their mistake. Called me dishonest because I refused to pay because I have asked for a bigger driveway and now I got it and won’t pay? Never got a quote on a bigger driveway and never signed off on a change order of a bigger driveway. I refused to pay $1200 and they refused to complete my 1 year warranty until I mentioned MN state law requirement. Dragged on over a year, finished half way through and now refuses to complete the job until I pay $1200. I have all the details posted on Yelp as we are so limited on words here. I’ve included emails/text and photos of how they left my house. PLEASE take a moment to read on Yelp. I would not recommend this business to anyone, no quality no pride whatsoever all they want is money.
