      Dairy Queen’s response to my previous review of being double charged at one of their restaurants was completely inadequate. This business gives every customer who complains about them the exact same useless response. Nothing says “we don’t “care” more than that.

      I ordered a combo meal and asked to substitute cheese curds for fries. When I received my order, it came with fries instead—no cheese curds. I also noticed I didn’t get a receipt, and the drink that came with the combo was missing.
      I parked and went inside to resolve the issue. After waiting about five minutes, an employee asked what I needed. I explained that I received fries instead of cheese curds and didn’t get my drink. They said “no problem.” I then waited another five minutes before a second employee asked what I was waiting on. I told her the same, and she handed me a cup and said to get my own drink (which was fine—they had a freestyle machine).
      After waiting another five minutes, I heard staff members whispering and asked what was going on. They asked for my receipt, which I didn’t have since it was never given to me. I described everything I ordered, but they claimed the order showed fries, not cheese curds. I said I was willing to pay the $0.60 difference to switch the fries for cheese curds, but they refused and told me I’d have to buy a new order entirely.
      When I asked for the corporate number, I was told to “look it up online.” I also asked the man helping me for his name—he refused to give it. Based on his behavior, he seemed to be either the manager or the owner.
      Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. A simple substitution turned into a 15-minute ordeal with poor communication, no accountability, and a refusal to resolve the issue in good faith.

      Double charged me for my order. I asked the store to reverse one of the duplicate charges and they refused. I contacted the DQ corporate and they did nothing to help either. I’ll never go to another DQ for the rest of my life. Used to go 3 times a week

      My problem is with the corporate customer service, not directly with a location. I contacted them after my first ever DQ app order, as my coupons for my blizzard and for my burger had both failed to come off. I received an email explaining the process to add coupons on the app, to which I responded what I had done, conceding that I may have added the burger incorrectly to my order but I had done the blizzard exactly as they said. The return message stated something along the lines of "you could not have done it right, because it did not work," so I decided that I was done and told them I was now demanding the refund for the price difference for the blizzard. It had now become about principles, and if I did not hear back from them by the end of the work week last week I was going to contact my bank about the overcharge and leave a comment with the BBB. Since then, I have heard nothing back over the past six days. I have no problem with any of the three locations in my area, but cross your fingers you do not have a problem and have to contact their corporate customer service.

      Keep asking for receipts. I like to keep records of where my money goes. Dairy Queen in Poulsbo, Washington never gives me a receipt or offer me a bag for my food.

      It was pouring down rain and these employees just hand you a box. My food was soak and wet when I got home.
      3 weeks ago , I was charged 15 dollars for a burger. With no receipt given, I could not check the price against the menu. I had a 3 dollar coupon. I do not think the cashier took the 3 dollars off my price. Again, without a receipt...How can I check?

      Placed an order via their app. Get to the restaurant and they tell me the order did not come up on their system, so there is nothing they can do. They tell me to cancel the order on my app, which is NOT an option! There is no one you can call! All you can do is fill out a form online and wait for them to contact you. Meanwhile, DQ already charged our card! Shady! Will NOT be doing business with DQ again!

      This establishment refuses to take legal tender in the form of a US $100 bill. Refusal was based on policy that owners believe that they are fake.

      The Dairy Queen on Street Rd in Southampton Pa was the worst experience I ever had, I went to this location hoping to be served with good customer service but it was completely the opposite of what i expected. I got the new pumpkin blizzard to try and it was strictly just toppings on top of vanilla ice cream, Blizzard are supposed to be blended. Not only was it not blended we weren’t severed upside down which strictly says next one on us. Not to mention the women worker was completely rude and obviously did not want to be at work that day.

      Incompetent unaware sexist "manager" at 1641 Lakeshore Rd. @ Meadow Wood Rd. in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The sexist heavyset man with tatoos, made a medium cone for the man ahead of me a very nice size. Then he made my medium cone (I'm a woman) a ridiculous amount smaller. It was a tiny pitiful cone that should not have been served to me, or to anyone. I addressed the matter with the cashier. She said it depends who makes the cone (??) and shrugged her shoulders. I asked to speak to the manager. She went back and talked to the heavyset tatooed man who made the cone, and said I would have to wait an unknown amount of time because the manager was 'busy". I wasted another approximately 15 minutes waiting, there were only a few people in the store, but the lazy sexist "manager"couldn't manage to make it to the counter to get my feedback. I have been a Dairy Queen customer for many many years and will not go back there because of this experience. If DQ lets idiots be hired who don't care about their customers, and if HQ at DQ doesn't care how poor hires by individual stores effect their corporate brand, then I will go elsewhere where I get the same size cone as other people, and don't have to deal with unaware inconsiderate neanderthal employees of DQ.

      The female owner, *****, is known to be not only rude towards customers, but is also very aggressive. She screamed at me and called me a b*** when I went inside to get a mobile order. I tried getting it in the drive thru that only had 1 car in it and she told me I had to come inside and get it. I said "whatever" in a very neutral tone. She screamed at me saying I screamed at her in the drive thru and acted as if she was being threatened. She should not be a business owner.
